I absolutely love this at home sauna! It is perfect for my needs, and something I had considered for a while. After checking out many options, I finally decided on this one. I love that it includes red light therapy, and is spacious enough that my husband and I can enjoy it together. It is well made, sturdy, easy to clean, and heats up quickly. It was easy to put together, it took us about 15 minutes tops to build. I have used it twice, for 30 minutes each time, solo and with my husband. The chairs are comfortable, despite looking a bit small and held our weight with no issues. The zipper works well from the outside and inside. The humidifiers took about 10 minutes to heat up on the first use. One issue I had was running both humidifiers flipped my breaker. But even with just one going, I started sweating immediately and was drenched in sweat by the time I got out. It was very exfoliating and my skin felt softer the next day. We also both felt very refreshed and relaxed after using it. Saunas aren’t just great for relaxation and your skin, they also provide many health benefits that are important to me. Regular use can aid in stress reduction, reduce anxiety, promote sleep, and help with muscle recovery and pain management. Sweating helps to detox your body by eliminating toxins and impurities. It has been shown to lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation, reduce inflammation and improve respiratory health. Red light therapy has many of the same benefits, so it is a great addition. We received a defective kit. The tent had the pocket/ label upside down and the zipper broke before we could even try the sauna. We got a replacement kit a week later and finally got to try it. The chair is crazy small and not very sturdy. The heat level on maximum (9) isn’t that hot. I will be taking a thermometer in with me next time I use it because it didn’t feel like it was even close to 100. As for the duel frequency red light, I don’t think we got the dual that we paid for. There are no labels on the fixture and it looks exactly the same as the single frequency red light on the cheaper kit by this brand. I think we were charged about $70 extra as a trick. I wasn’t sure how well a portable sauna would work, but this one totally impressed me! It heats up fast, and the dual steamers produce a lot of steam, making me sweat in minutes. The XXXL size is perfect—I can sit comfortably without feeling cramped. The red light therapy is a nice touch, and I actually feel more refreshed after each session. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this. We recently got a hot tub and my husband and I love the hot tub-sauna combo. This was easy to set up, we chose to put the sauna out back near the hot tub and up against the house. The sauna is spacious enough for 2 and comes with 2 folding chairs. The sauna heats up as advertised, definitely able to work up a sweat. The red light seems to be good quality, I love the sauna as a red light vessel, much easier/effective than a red light panel.     • A great alternative to higher priced infrared sauna

First review on a product ever, but felt I needed to after only seeing sub 10 reviews on this. Easy to setup and works like a charm. The red light is an added benefit and not a light strip like others that I viewed. I turned it on and it ran for 45 minutes at the highest heat setting. It took about 15 minutes to heat and then it was a 30 minute session. Throw on some headphones and listen to some meditation music and it will truly feel like a spa experience in your own home. Im 6’3” tall and while my head hits the top when standing upright, i’m more than comfortable sitting inside. I look forward to winding down at the end of the night with this. Lastly, I’ve grown up with a wood burning sauna and Ive been contemplating buying a wooden infrared. I purchased this to see if I would use it frequently enough to justify the purchase. To be honest I feel this machine is more than enough and the added benefit of steam makes it the best of both worlds. I cant speak to other machines similar to this but I can say this is a great buy ... show more
