Easy to assemble and works as described, easy to use, would like to see a slanted top to help with outdoor use, also it could be a more comfortable chair, and I would like it to be less high and a few inches wider, overall the heat level is sufficient at the highest setting.

This little sauna does its job as a steam room, but it's not really sauna level. Honestly, I don't think it can do any better. It takes about 10 minutes to get warm, 20 to get usable, and 30 or so to reach peak heat, which was 90 degrees F and 85% humidity. What's interesting is this was the top level at both level 7 and level 9, which is odd because 7 drew about 1250 Watts and 9 about 1350. I'm impressed that little guy pulled around 11-12 amps, and couldn't really expect more for the average home 120v socket. What I'd really like is for it to be about two inches larger in every direction, that would allow me to use full 1 foot flooring tiles because on a concrete floor, you desperately need wood underfoot. The red light is a red light. It's just a couple watts, and doesn't do anything but give you a red light, it won't warm you up or anything special. Overall, it's worth what I paid for it, and I don't think they could've done better with what constraints they had, but I wish I could push it just a little harder.

Its a waste of money. The red light does nothing, and it hardly gets hot enough to do anything. Sure it gets steamy but nothing like a real gym steam room. The photo is misleading like a lot of things on amazon. Its not even 6' tall so unless your shorter than that you aren't standing up. Frustrating to see these good reviews, take this as an honest opinion and review.

This is a pretty cool set up! It’s perfect for what my husband needed it for. It took him and my daughter maybe 10 minutes to set it up. It’s gets super hot and the red light is a plus! The chair is the only thing that I would have anything negative to say about… it’s like a toddler size chair 😂 we wouldn’t be able to get out of it we sat in it. Haha. Besides that, it was well worth the money!

I have had it for a week now and it does perform well. It is much cooler than the steam sauna at the local gym but after some time you can break a good sweat. I find that I need to sit in the sauna after it’s warmed up for 30 minutes before I really start feel it. The red light does not add any warmth or heat. It’s not Infrared as advertised but it does create a peaceful environment

Super easy to install. Holds heat well. Steams nicely. I’ve used it about 3 times so far and I feel amazing afterwards. I have chronic joint pains and this has already helped tremendously. I was contemplating a sauna member and had actually visited one prior to this purchase and made the decision that this one time cost would save me the monthly and I can use this at my own discretion in my home.

Easy to assemble. Fairly simple to operate. Infrared light is a single strip and therefore only from one angle. Would be nice to have it at least all 4 sides. Steam only heats up to 98 F (at chest level) on the highest setting. 110 F is the minimum for most standard steam saunas. In light of all this, it is just another gadget, nothing more.
