I’ve been using this portable sauna every night and I’m very happy with it so far. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take long. The zipper is YKK, so it feels smooth and sturdy – no snagging or cheap feeling like some other tents. When I turn on the steamer, it takes about 10 minutes for the water to heat up and for the steam to really start coming out, but once it gets going it works exactly as expected and heats up nicely. Overall, for the price this is a great home sauna setup and has already become part of my nightly routine.

This is the best!! Today was my first time trying. I sat for 10 minutes with red light and feel so refreshed! It heated quickly. You cannot beat the value fit the money. I'm highly recommending!! Enjoy!

This little steam room has everything and then some. It works great in my opinion for the price. But regardless of the price there is a minimum amount of heat and steam that's needed for it to be useful and it's got that. The red light therapy attachment, take that with a grain of salt because for red light therapy to be effective it needs to be quite powerful and quite close to your skin and this little tiny panel sitting all the way at the top while you sit down is probably not going to do a whole lot of you. But I didn't buy it for the red light therapy. Turning it on is still soothing and relaxing to the eyes even if it may not be powerful to give you the benefits for skin and mitochondria. It takes a little while to heat up. That would say about 15 to 20 minutes. But once it gets going there's plenty of steam. The remote control is also a little useless because it's infrared so you literally have to open the window and point it at the device for it to work. It's still a little better than getting out to change settings but not nearly as practical as a wireless one would have been

Stopped working in less than a month! Overheating and smells like burnt plastic in the house now. Do not recommend. They will not replace only refund. No customer service for the product only Amazons customer service.
