  • Solid Budget Sauna + Red Light Combo That Actually Works
I picked up the Noerishici red light therapy steam sauna tent mainly for back pain and nerve issues, and honestly… it’s way better than I expected for the price point. I bought mine ‘like new’ so it was worth the price. I wouldn’t pay full price. What’s legit good: • Heat + sweat factor is real — This thing gets HOT fast. Within about 10–15 minutes you’re sweating like you just hiked uphill in July. The steam generator does its job well. • Red light therapy is a nice bonus — You’re getting both 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared, which are actually legit wavelengths used for circulation and recovery . Not just cheap LEDs slapped in for marketing. • Pain relief is noticeable — After a few sessions, my lower back loosened up and nerve tension eased off. It’s not magic, but it absolutely helps. • Easy setup — Took maybe 10–15 minutes out of the box. No tools, no headache. What’s just “okay”: • Build quality is mid-tier — It’s not junk, but don’t expect luxury spa vibes. The tent fabric and zippers feel a little lightweight. • Chair is meh — Usable, but you’ll probably want to swap it out for something sturdier if you’re doing longer sessions. My back hates the chair and the bag came with a hole in it. • Condensation is real — You will get moisture buildup. Put a mat or towel underneath unless you want a mini swamp in your living room. Truth 100 percent. What could be better: • Temperature control isn’t super precise — It’s more “high / hotter / sweating like crazy” than dialed-in accuracy. • Red light placement could be stronger — It works, but it’s not full-body coverage like high-end units. However, it covers more than expected and quality of LED’s is spot on as I was able to take an accurate reading. ⸻ Final verdict: If you’re expecting a $3,000 spa experience, this ain’t it. But if you want a budget-friendly, effective sweat + recovery tool at home, this punches way above its weight. 👉 Perfect for: • Back pain / muscle recovery • Stress relief • People testing sauna + red light without dropping big money 👉 Not ideal for: • Luxury experience seekers • People wanting super precise heat control Or anyone wanting to share their experience with another. ⸻ Bottom line: It’s a little scrappy, a little steamy, and a little DIY feeling—but it works. And sometimes that’s exactly what you need. ... show more

  • Value for the money
I wasn’t expecting much because of the price, I was pleasantly surprised! I set it up by myself, that took a little longer than anticipated but I took my time to do it correctly. The sauna went together very easy with step by step instructions. Used it immediately and it was unbelievably wonderful! It was very spacious, comfortable and easy to use. It took about 15 minutes to really heat up by once it got cooking, it was great! I used a little eucalyptus in the medicine pot and felt great on my lungs and sinuses. It sets in the corner of my bedroom where I can access it easily and where I will be more apt to use it regularly. Great investment! Highly recommend it! ... show more

  • Excellent while it works, but not durable long term
TLDR: The only problem is the steamer box quits working after 2-5 months. That may be standard for portable types, but I am disappointed because I LOVED it when it worked. They have very good customer service support though. This was my first experience with anything sauna related. I believe this is more of a steam room set up. The tent is pretty good. No water leaks and the material is thick and durable. The red light has stayed attached to the Velcro ceiling the whole time I've had it. One downside is the grip spikes on the bottom of the folding chair feet. It kind of scratches up the floor of the tent. To solve this I put scuff pads on the bottom to cushion. The steam box however only lasted about 4 or 5 months. It started to smell like a mechanical part was burning. (There was still water in it, it was not the auto-shutoff smell. Which was an excellent feature by the way). I used it 5 times a week for 20 to 40 minutes each at a high temperature setting. I later found out that it is somewhat typical for in home steamers to last less than 6 months, but I had come to depend on it to help with relaxation. When it worked, it worked superbly. I did reach out to the company and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement steam box. I did notice how much worse my body felt without the daily sauna when I was waiting for the replacement, so I know it was a game changer for chronic pain. Once I got the new steamer, it actually seemed to have better heat control than the first one. Unfortunately, a month and a half later that one started smelling like melting wax and within a few days, it stopped heating up entirely. I reached out to the company again and they were kind enough to refund me. I'll still try using the red light feature which is relaxing by itself. I will probably try to order a separate steamer because the rest of the items work well. ... show more

  • Worst item ever purchased. Shorted on first use.
I should have believed the handful of low reviews. This is my 1st complete failure of a product bought on Amazon. THE STEAMER provided with this tool is utter trash. It shorted out before the first use. It got to temperature and auto shut off. The component looks reasonably made, but it just doesn't work. The set up wasn't hard. The sauna body appears to be durable and well stitched. Cheap zippers so beware. The chair and other items are accessories and fine. ... show more

  • A steam sauna and infrared combo you want to buy!
This is an awesome product that I have used in my daily health and wellness journey. East peasey to set up and everything is there to began your infrared/steam sauna sessions. The sauna stem feature can get pretty foggy and your are going to perspire or sweat. There is an option to not have the sauna and only your the red light therapy. This is a game changer and an all in one for face/ body/ and benefits of inferred for hair growth and skin. I use distilled water in the container. The sauna container has a timer. The whole item is portable and appears durable. I love that it’s not too tall and fits snugly in a niche area of my condo. It’s so very easy to use that I wish I’ had purchased it years ago. I’m going to give this as a gift to my sister. The infrared connection has a remote. The instructions were easy to understand with glances at the pictures. No regrets on this purchase. ... show more

  • BEST INVESTMENT EVER!
I dont usually give reviews, but has to give on this one. I am a regular sauna user and can tell you the experience with the noerishia portable infrared steam sauna has been the closest I have had to an expensive gym club sauna. It can take upto 15 mins. to start throwing steam, but when it starts, it gets really hot and in a couple of minutes, you start sweating a lot. The infrarred is excellent as you can interchange between 640nm and 850nm. You wont see the 850 cause its invisible to the human eye. I thought it didnt bring an absortion pad gor the floor, but it does. TO PRESERVE THE WATER HEATER: I looked for information and if you use tap water, regularly clean the heater by boiling half and half water and vinegar without the lid. Boil for 15 mins then let it stand for 15-20 mins. This will take away all the metal buildup that can damage the unit. Do this at least once a month. I plan to get a portable hot air sauna heater to use with it so I can choose between steam room and dry sauna. I was a little skeptical with this but can assure you, it has been one of the best investments I have made. ... show more

  • 5.5 months in buying a new steamer
I loved it when it worked! Heats up in 11 minutes and gets much hotter than I expected. The size is good for 1 person. I replaced the chair with another chair. Original chair that came with sauna is uncomfortable and tiny. It was easy to assemble the sauna. Now here I am 5 and 1/2 months into purchase buying a new steamer for it. The one that came with it - grounded out and will not stay on. I ca turn it on and it turns itself off in 2 minutes. I am seeing with all the reviews about the steamers that this must be common. Shame it makes the whole purchase not a good value for the $! ... show more

  • Study and well built. I’m loving my sauna!
Excellent quality. Very happy with this purchase. Have been using it 20 minutes a day since I bought it 3 weeks ago. Steamer holds up well. My only issue is it’s harder to get it above 110 degrees F. But 110 with high humidity still feels really good. I wish the tubing was longer to give more options where to place the steamer, but overall I love this purchase. Edit: 4 months later. Still works great. I loaned it to my parents who like it so much they’re keeping it. So I started looking for a different one to buy for myself and none of them have the features I like, so I’m buying another one of these. The pocket in the front holds a phone or tablet, but it’s up against the window so you can watch something on your phone while in the sauna and the phone is outside. I haven’t found another that has this. The only downside I’ve seen in 4 months is the tubing and steam chamber fill with condensation so I empty it each time. The steamer started to fill with brown sediment but I could wash it all off with some vinegar. ... show more
