This has been the biggest waste of money we could have spent… Started off good, but slowly went downhill fast. First it wouldn’t stay warm in the winter, so we emailed the company and they sent us a thermal cover, which helped. Then it got two holes in the seams and wouldn’t hold air, emailed again and said it was just out of warranty, but could send us a new shell for $100. Got the new shel and absolutely nothing lined up where it was supposed to and was completely shifted everywhere. This caused it to continually leak water and become non-functional. Purchased in April of this year and have had multiple issues with the heating element. I have been able to correct it by powering down the spa in the past however that is not working now and the unit is no longer heating up. I have tried shutting off and back on, changed filters, completely drained and cleaned out the spa, etc. nothing is working. The filters and the heating buttons are on but it will not warm up. I’m getting more and more concerned as colder weather approaches. Have messaged seller as there is supposed to be a 12 month warranty on the heating element so guess we’ll see what happens. ... show more
