First of all, we live in upstate NY. It’s cold to say the least but this hot tub was relatively easy to set up. The videos you get from the manufacturer are not for this model but the instructions are pretty simple to follow. Definitely recommend using a padding underneath in addition to the one included. In cold climates it’s going to take about 3 days for the temperature to reach above 90 if you set it up outside. The jets are awesome! Super relaxing. We enclosed the area around the hot tub because of the cold but so far so good. The heater is quieter than expected. Once the bubbles turn on there’s a squeaky noise but not too disturbing. I was so excited to get this hot tub. I had been into one like this at a friends home and loved it. However when I put it together and added water in it. The control panel linked all the water out. I returned it last week and still haven't gotten a refund yet. I am planning to buy another one with luck the next one will work. ... show more

We’ve had this hot tub going on three months now. We set it up in our garage. We absolutely love it. It varies one Or two degree when the bubbles are on. But with it being in our garage, it holds temperature very well easy to maintain. We did however, buy replacement filters to go along with it so that we can keep them changed out more often. Set up wasn’t as easy as instructions and utube made it to be it but this was a different model than we could find instructions for. Got it set up and up to temp… be patient it takes a couple days to get to temp. Today was our first day using it. Cons there is a whistling sound that we haven’t been able to resolve. Mo seats are included but you really don’t need them. Had to order Chemicals, only test strip were included. Pros… the size and air bubbles are great! Very relaxing. We have until tomorrow to decide if we are going to return it or not. So far happy if we can resolve the issues. ... show more
