We purchased this hot tub in mid September. It is made by RELAX TIME. It was pretty much what we expected and were very happy with it UNTIL we came home the first of December to find it has an air leak. We have tried to find the leak, but it seems to be in the seams and not a puncture. It is pretty much impossible to get any help or answers. Somehow, when you spend this kind of money on a product, you expect it to last longer than 2 and a half months. Save yourself the expense and the aggravation. DO NOT BUY. I would avoid this company for it's lack of customer service or concern. They offer no place to reach them about this problem with their product. Not the kind of company to do business with. I bought this inflatable hot tub knowing that it was going to be small. The description says 2 to 4 people But if you really want to be comfortable it’s perfect for one. It was easy to set up, easy to maintain, and lower cost to run because of its smaller size.

Will not turn on. Doesn’t light when plugged. Hitting reset doesn’t work. Different outlet doesn’t work. I regret buying this SOOOO much. It doesn’t fit in my car and I have to find and pay someone to take this over a half hour away to a UPS store. I would not buy from this seller!!!
