The media could not be loaded. I got this to replace a space heater of a similar size. I liked this one because it had similar features to my previous one. I liked that it has an auto shut-off when it's tipped over. The heat production is nice and adequate for the small room I'm in. It does have a dial for the temperature and one for the On/Off/Hi/Low/Fan. My main gripe is with the light on the front. It stays on while it's plugged in and only goes off when it's tipped over or unplugged. The problem is, the light is not very bright. I didn't even notice until days after I'd started using it. I just thought that was the color of the plastic. This could be an issue because there's a feature where the heater will turn off/on automatically based on the temp. If you have it on auto (without a bright light), you may forget it's on, if it has cycled off. It may be a good idea to unplug it until you need it.

I purchased this heater as a used "good condition" item. Sold by manufacturer. Shipped by Amazon. When I tried to plug in the heater, the fan wasn't working. Upon inspection of the back vent area, the fan wasn't even attached to the motor spindle. I took it apart and had to re-squeeze/press the fan blade back onto the fan motor. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures during the repair (I was problem solving and not sure it was going to solve the issue!), but once I got the fan re-seated and all screws back into the housing panels, it works like a charm. There's no way the fan blade just "detached" during shipping. Whomever returned this fan knew it wasn't working, though it appeared to be in great cosmetic condition. Too bad the factory didn't take it upon themselves to plug it in and confirm it was good to re-sell and ship out. Anyway, I wanted to avoid having to return something that could possibly be repaired on my own. I lucked out. But posting this review in hopes that the manufacturer pays more attention to the returns they are accepting. They're returning it for a reason! Don't just assume it's a-okay to ship back out unchecked.
