I can get the flames to turn on but not the heat. Button are smooth on the top and beep but do not respond. It also is much more flimsy than I had hoped for. Very plastic and cheap. Am returning.

Love love love this mini heater, it looks beautiful. I was a bit worried about overheating or my cats tipping it over but it comes with auto shutdown sensor when tipped over. Super good! There r three levels of heat you can adjust. Super good value! It looks more expensive !

This electric heater is pretty good; it's very warm and compact, which I really like, especially in the cold winter. My room has two large floor-to-ceiling windows, so it gets very cold in winter. Since I got this heater, it's much warmer now.
