UPDATE: Almost a year later and this thing is STILL going strong! Honestly the cheapest and best cooking equipment I’ve bought for camping but you need to keep it cleaned and dry. Also, don’t try to say the product name or you might accidentally summon an evil wizard who tries to kill Harry Potter. I like the powder coating finish first of all. I’m very rough on my camping gear and this little grill was banged around for ten days and it doesn’t even have a chip! It’s the perfect size for two to three people. I cooked several dinners on it and it cleans up very easily. A little degreaser and a scotch brite pad makes it look brand new again. I also like that it folds so compact and has a carrying bag to hold it all together. The charcoal tray is much thicker than I expected so I’m hoping I’ll be able to use it for several years. To help protect it, I line the bottom with foil before I add the charcoal. It also helps with clean up too. No crusty burnt spots in the bottom! The little flip out side pieces are quite useful as well. A big plus is there’s zero assembly. No hardware at all, just unfold it and get cooking! For such a small grill, it’s quite sturdy. I put my 12” cast iron skillet on top to cook some things and it never buckled or even wobbled. My only concern would be the rivets wearing out at some point, but a drill bit and new rivets would fix that in no time and with minimal effort. All in all, if you’re an avid camper or even tailgater this is a great compact grill to tote around and it looks cool too!

This smaller model portable tabletop grill/hibachi is very nice. If I saw one demonstrated locally before I saw it online and inspected how well it was made, I would have gladly paid 3 times what the seller is asking for it online. I have already used it and it worked flawlessly. Pack just enough charcoal that will go under the cooking grate when placed on the grill when lighting it with a bit of grill fluid and let it burn down to gray coals before cooking and the heat is well distributed and... get this, it is the first grill I have bought in a long time where the outside doesn't get scorching hot and peel the paint off!! There is enough space and air circulation space between the fire box and the outer painted surface and the painted pieces rhe fire box sits in so that the outside just get warm, not searing hot. It all packs down to fit in thw nice carry bag that came with it. The smaller version I got needs no note than a 11.5" skewer with a 3.5 inch handle to fit nicely 6 to 8 hot dogs on the grill at a time. Without skewer clutter hanging too far over everywhere and, the fold out side tables are convient to putting the skewers on the side. 1 side cooked and the other raw meat to keep everything getting mixed up. I love this grill! It is perfect for cooking light meals like kebabs, patties and dogs for 1 or 2 people to go fishing at an area that allows grilling.

We normally travel as a party of two with a dog and never need a large grill. This is perfect for our camping trips. It folds up nicely which was a big factor for us. It’s a good size and easy to set up and clean.

the dimension on Amazon shows 15.1 x 7.8 x 5.5 inches, that's totally misleading. The actual length was 14 inches, and the grill area was only 10.2 by 7.1 inches. Guess that's why they called it mini grill.
