This unit is very easy to use... it works very well and cleans very well. It was very easy to set up and the suction power is what surprised me for this size. The unit says that it's >/= 11 but the advertisement I read on Amazon.com says 15Kpa ( Ailltopd Portable Carpet & Upholstery Spot Cleaner, 15Kpa Powerful Suction & Spot Remover, Deep Stain Cleaning for Carpet, Car Seats, Pets, Stairs, Couches, with Dual Size BrushHead). I used this, and if this is "11", I am fine with this 11 for this size unit. I used it and it worked very very well... the cleaning solution that comes with it it's also pretty good but I use my own cleaning solution. For me, the biggest part of it is the cleaning solution... pre-treating the surface and then using something with this type suction power which also helps to release dirt from the carpet and all of that adds to the success of it. This is a mini unit so it's designed for a task that won't take as long as the container fluid is available. So if you have a bigger job than that size container fluid then you would have to empty it more than once to complete the job... if you don't mind doing that then you're good. Please keep in mind, it's a mini because the containers are smaller, it's not a mini because it's a "light weight" trust me it did the job for me. It has more than one attachment that you can use ...the brushes are very effective and they're sturdy enough to clean the area after the solution which enables the solution to be pulled from the carpet and they work very well hand in hand with each other for whatever solution you choose to use . I would highly recommend it for anyone especially if you're the type of person that wants to get those small spills on the floor or pet urine or whatever and you don't want to pull out the big vacuum cleaner this is for you for sure... I can't say enough about it but I'm running out of words.😆

This is a wonderful addition to anyone needing a quick clean up or spot clean. Only gave four stars due to my own negligence not realizing my knees really scream for a stand up model which is more practical at my advanced age. That said, this spot cleaner was priced super low and did a great job when I really needed a perfect spot cleaning. The clean and dirty water tanks are easy to remove and refill. I found this spot cleaner ideal for car upholstery ejecting just the right amount of clean water and absorbing the dirty stuff quickly and efficiently - drying time was negligible in a busy household. I strongly recommend this model for small apartment living and just small area spot cleaning at all time - light weight and efficient!

Sometimes, the unbranded items turn out to be the surprise “sleeper” items when you least expect it. This/these carpet cleaners are definitely one of those times! This machine is super simple to understand and operate and just does what it’s supposed to. With numerous well known brand names offering cleaners, it’s easy to assume quality and performance will be assured by buying/paying for a name brand (I did) and got a mediocre performing machine that stopped working before going through two tanks of cleaning solution. So for 50% less than I bought that, I got this. I was so pleased to discover that it’s very well made and simply designed so it’s easy to figure out without the instructions, but probably still a good idea to read. It performs to me, better than the “name brand” machine that cost $67 more. And I am pretty sure that the simple design gives it a bigger capacity, which is a huge deal when cleaning and having to empty/refill tanks often. Instead of 4 attachments, it has 2, which is enough and less confusing to figure out when or how to use so many. There is a small and big, that’s it! It seems like when companies specialize or have a name to fulfill, they can complicate, and thus provide (and charge for) things that are not really necessary to get the job done well, or better as a matter of fact. If you buy this, I doubt you will be disappointed. You’ll pay less, and your carpet will get cleaned probably as quick as possible since the powerful suction makes quick work and dries faster.

We had high hopes for this Portable Carpet & Upholstery Spot Cleaner, especially after reading through all the promising descriptions. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from effective. We used it on a few fresh spots on our carpet and car upholstery, expecting it to lift stains or at least noticeably improve the area. What we found instead was that the device mainly moves the liquid around without really cleaning anything. It wets the surface, makes a lot of noise, and gives the impression it's doing something, but once everything dries, the stain is still there — just slightly spread out or diluted. We followed the instructions carefully, tried different cleaning solutions, and even went over the same spots multiple times. The suction is weak, and the brushes don’t seem to do any real scrubbing. In some cases, it actually made things look worse — like it pushed the stain deeper or spread it further. For the price, we expected much better performance. If all you're looking for is a gadget that moves soapy water around, this might be fine. But if you actually want to clean spots, we’d recommend looking elsewhere. Disappointed and going back to the old-fashioned way for now.
