My wife and I recently adopted our first dog and within her first week with us, she has a major accident on our beloved IKEA rug. Didn't help that the "accident" was right on a bright part of the rug. We did our best to remove the stain and the stench but it had seeped into the fabric. That's when we decided to finally splurge on a carpet cleaner. We didn't want to spend too much since we had never used one. This option was very reasonably priced and was small, lightweight and portable. The cleaner was very easy to set up. Just one screw for the mount and we were good to go. The unit came with a carpet cleaning solution. It had an oddly specific proportion on the label (113 ml per 3785 ml of hot tap water). I just added a few drops. Turning the unit on was easy, just one button to press. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner. The nozzle has a trigger on the end that starts the spray. At first I couldn't see the spray but it started after a few presses. It also came out lower than I was expecting but easy to adjust. My strategy was spray, wait and brush. You can see the water being sucked right back! I went over the affected area a few times and could immediately see a difference in color. One thing I didn't realize until later is that they recommend vacuuming the rug thoroughly before starting. This made sense since I would keep gathering up my dogs fur as I scrubbed but the fur would not be sucked in and start accumulating on the brush. I do wish it would suck the fur and debris into the waste container, but it's not too hard to vacuum before starting. Overall, I would say it made a huge difference after first use and it is a must have for pet owners!

I have no carpet in my house but dozens of area rugs. This carpet cleaner is perfect, it’s light weight easy to use and effective. It sprays a generous amount of cleaner and also has a powerful vacuum to suck it back up.

I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s been a life saver. When my senior dog was in her last few weeks and having accidents regularly, this machine helped my sanity through it all. It’s so easy to use and lightweight. The power cord and the hose are both long enough to cover a wide area if needed. The suction works really well and gets a lot of the moisture out of the carpet. The water tanks hold a fair amount of water to cover a large area, and they are super easy to clean afterward. I’m really happy with this.

Works great! Suctions as good as bigger ones. It's smaller so, the tanks don't hold as much water. But I love the size because it's easy to carry around. Not bulky and difficult. It cleans great! Easy to use too. I use it for carpet, furniture, mattresses, stuffed animals. Basically anything soft.
