The media could not be loaded. This little machine, from my perspective as a busy dog mom, has made life so much easier. I’ve used it on my carpet where my lab, Max, had an accident, and it pulled up the stain like magic. The suction power is strong enough to get out those stubborn marks but doesn’t make the process feel like a chore. However, the noise level is a bit on the higher side, which can scare my pets away while I’m cleaning. The large tank sizes are a godsend; I can clean my entire living room without stopping to refill or empty, which is great for those marathon cleaning sessions. But, I found the tanks a bit tricky to handle when full; they’re not the easiest to pour out without making a mess. The different cleaning modes are handy, especially the warm water clean for regular upkeep, though the steam sanitization mode takes a bit longer to heat up than I’d like. Maneuvering this thing around my furniture is a breeze, thanks to its lightweight design and the wheels, although the handle could be a tad more sturdy. The cord retract feature is a nice touch, makes storing it away quick and easy, but the cord could be longer for bigger spaces. In conclusion, I’d say this is a decent buy for anyone with pets or just looking to tackle tough stains. I’d recommend it, but with the heads up on the noise and tank handling. ... show more

I usually don’t write reviews, but this product blew me away!!! Shortly after unboxing it, I put it to the test on my car’s upholstery. It is so easy to set up and use. I only used steam mode and my car’s interior is spotless! Large stains on my seats disappeared!!! I’m beyond impressed with the results of this small and powerful machine. I love this machine it’s very convenient for me to clean our two story home stairs. Easy fill tank add a little solution power on and the rest is even simpler. Very light no restraints on the back at all

It’s the perfect size to pack for travel in case you have accidents in the car or your Airbnb. It is built very well and functions excellent. I don’t know who these people are that write good reviews. This thing is a turd. First unit didn’t work at all. Second unit finally put out steam. Ten minutes of use, equates to half teaspoon of dirty water. One carpet step gets out what the vacuum does.

I have only a normal carpet steam cleaner. It does have hand attachments but kind of a pain to use. Seen this and figured I would give it a try. Overall not to bad. Build wide is actually more sturdy than I would have thought. Only downside is the unit can not hold the extras. Not a deal breaker though. Cleaning it has done a pretty good job. It could be better than I am thinking as I have really only tried it on a 15 yrs old couch that is pretty dirty. Even with that it did a good job. Wasn't expecting a miracle but happy enough with the end results. Working on finishing up the other half. Its not huge and does run through the water quickish, but kind of figured that going in. Just wanted a small one for easy clean up. Though kind of throwing a lot at it at first. Its keeping up. Could it be a bit bigger, yeah. But it does what it is supposed to do. Time will tell on how it works over time with regular maintenance. Will update if needed. ... show more

I am so in need of a carpet vacuum because I had a problem of our carpet that had a stain from last month. My daughter was doing her painting and accidentally spilled the paint on the carpet. I was trying to cleaned it with vinegar and baking soda but it won't come off even how hard I tried to wiped it but still the stain is so visible. And then earlier this month I bought this tough and stain remover from the nice company and also a couple weeks ago I bought this carpet vacuum cleaner thinking that it might help because my SIL suggested it. So,I did tried both. I used this carpet vacuum cleaner with the stain remover and I was pleasantly surprised with how this thing works. It cleaned so well in our carpet. As if there was no stain. I got surprised how the paint stain cleaned and was gone. I thought that the paint won't come off. I am so glad with how this carpet vacuum cleaner works amazingly. I never regrets for buying this.
