I tried a couple different pool cleaners including one that attached right to the pump. None of them worked barely at all. It would have been quicker for me to go in and remove everything by hand. So I did not have high hopes that this one would be any better. I was completely wrong. It was super easy to use and got every last leaf, bug, and other debris from the bottom of my intex pool. And it worked in no time at all. I wish I had bought this one first so I wouldn’t have wasted money on the others that didn’t do the job. The suction is great. It picks up everything first sweep. I was worried the bag might somehow slip off and the debris would empty back into the pool but it stayed on nicely. I am so happy with this pool cleaner I cannot recommend it enough. It was also easy to put together and came with a baggie of extra parts in case the plastic pieces break. Don’t waste your money on more expensive cleaners this one is the best!! ... show more

T ook a gamble and just tried it. Was tired of flipping pool robot over when it went on it’s back. This works great and it only uses water from a garden hose. Instead of wasting water u are adding water to pool. If my pool robot dies, I’m not going to replace it since this works great. Says for above ground but had no problem in deep eNd in ground pool.. Totally sucked up sand and debris. Cheap plastic device for $20 outperforms stupid pool robot that costs hundreds more! Normally never bother posting reviews but this works too good not to share. June 2020 update. Unfortunately have to downgrade this. Device does work great but the plastic quick connect to hose broke after a few weeks. Ideally if they made a brass quick connect that would be ideal. So only give it 3 stars ... show more

Vacuum works wells for VERY SMALL POOLS! A: at 6” wide it’ll take half a day to cover a medium above ground pool B: being that it used a net to capture debris… Only large debris will be capture… C: save your money and buy a legit pump and vacuum that evacuates fine debris from the pool… For the price. It is okay… if you want a legit clean pool. DO NOT BUY! ... show more

it is easy to use and super affordable. it takes for ever to use though. You have to go super slow if you want to get everything off the bottom of the pool. Decent purchase.

This is my second “cheap” vacuum I purchased for my 20x14 above ground pool. The first one didn’t even work a little bit. This one works amazing! The pieces screw together so they don’t slip out or pop off as soon as you turn on the water. It also works really well! The suction is great & THE BAG STAYS ON!! Took me about 20m to clean my pool after being on vacation all week (leaf central). This is super sturdy and worth every penny! ... show more
