For the price point - this is a good product. We purchased two. My only complaint / warning is about the fins - they are not easy to install and have a poor fit with the base. They can also break easily. The board is fairly steady on smooth water without the fins, but if you are on more challenging water - this will be an issue. I got my fins in on the first board with great effort - using a hammer and block. Couldn't even get them installed on the second board. One of them broke and I need to order replacements. I'm also not sure if the pump gauge is accurate. However, everything else is good. And for our infrequent use, this is fine. ... show more

Really like the colors, LOTS of pumping to inflate. Needed to be firm like a table. 12-15psi is much more to pump then you think. I advise getting a plug in machine. Reached out to the company thinking the hand pump was broken. Nope just need to hand pump the board up more. It starts to register at 7psi. So get that arm work out in before you paddle if you don’t buy a mechanical one. Second the fins are strange. It’s a grid lock system, then you need to lock in place. I’m used to one that just slide through the groove lock. But eventually I figured it out by placing it in the sun to warm up and got them in place. I would suggest this board to anyone. It’s easy to pack up and travel with. Lots of accessories and well put together. Bought this for my husband to be on the water with me. Hope this review helps someone. ... show more

I'm very fond of this paddle board! However, it's apparent that this is a cheaper product. One of the fins doesn't fit the paddle board, so I have to paddle with the dorsal only, or no fins at all. The paddle is adjustable for length, but it doesn't stay to the length it was adjusted for - it will slide around as you paddle. My pump gauge never worked, so I have to guess how full my board is getting. The backpack is very large and pretty heavy compared to other brands, but it works. ... show more

Pros: >It has everything you need to get started >Some reviews said it didn't come with the kayak paddle but mine did indeed come with a attachment. >Easy to fold up into the backpack bag provided. And has alot of extra room for life jacket and accessories if you buy them. > It can fit in a trunk or back seat if car for transport >Seems well made, and sturdy Cons: >kind of difficult to inflate with pump. It takes forever to register the PSI on the dial as others said, even if it feels rock hard keep pumping. Once it registers it will become harder to inflate > the side fins were almost impossible to attach. We messed with it for like an hour just trying to get them to lock into place. I'm hoping with more use it will become easier. >Not very steady on wavy water. I've paddle boarded on a lake before without problem. Took it out on lake Michigan and fell a bunch of times. So don't start off on big bodies of water if your new like me. Overall: good buy for a beginner. Looking forward to using it this summer! ... show more

So far the board is great. I love the size, stability & all of the little extras on the board itself. The extra straps by the bungies are so great for pulling myself back onto the board if I fall in or want to swim for a bit. The only problem I have with the board itself are the fins. When I ordered the sea turtle design the picture showed cute sea foam green fins that matched the board. I received a bright turquoise with orange pins that match the dolphin color. They stick out like a sore thumb. It’s purely aesthetic & doesn’t affect the performance, but still annoying. I ordered a replacement for my first board hoping it was a mistake, but got the same turquoise & orange with my second board. Now when I look at the listing the photo has updated to the turquoise fins. The accessories are what really bring this down. The kayak seat is super cheap & isn’t worth putting on. I just go without it most of the time. The paddle seemed fine at first, but has broken after about a month. I’ve used it maybe 10 times. The side of the paddle with the ring that adjusts the length just snapped off while I was paddling today. You definitely get what you pay for with this one. It’s a great beginning board, but be ready to pay more to buy new accessories when they break quickly. ... show more

I got the turtle paddle board. It is just as expected. The backpack is nice & holds everything. The seat felt a little flimsy & kind of useless. I like to sit or kneel, so I really like the double paddle option. My paddle board came with a tiny hole about the size of a pin. Thankfully, it holds air pretty well. I purchased the dolphin board which was supposed to come with the kayak paddle attachment kit to convert it, It did not. I contacted the customer support, They replied quickly and are sending me out a paddle. It was very refreshing to know you can actually get good customer service these days it’s becoming more of a rarity.
