Best pool cleaning purchase I have ever made! Absolutely worth the purchase. Used it at the opening of the pool when the muck is still on the bottom. I am blown away by how well this just sucks up everything! For the first cleaning of the season, I did have to stop and clean out the filter a few times however, I will gladly clean the filter several times for the amount of muck this picks up (I mean clean, clean clean!). The speed & ease of cleaning the pool floor is game changing for pool owners. You can tell the moment you need to clean the filter, because instead of gunk going in, it kind of revolves around the system. The learning curve is pretty quick. The filter is super easy to clean, just open the chamber, take it out and rinse it off. It’s a fabric/cloth filter which makes it easier to clean than one of those paper accordion styles. I get a run time of about 40-45 minutes, and it takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge. I was ecstatic that I could use my own telescoping pool pole. I was worried that the length of the pole that was included with the system wouldn’t be long enough, but it’s a universal fit for my regular pool vacuum pole. It’s super light weight & easy to handle and manipulate. It can get into the edges of the pool like I’ve never been able to do with a traditional pool vacuum or robot. I would give this more stars ⭐️ if it was an option!!

I don't know what the 1 star whiny complainers of this product are talking about??? I am on my 4th year using it and it is da bomb! Suction is awesome, run time is always longer then I have ever needed and it could not be easier to operate! I 100% recommend this little vacuum as it is amazing. My pool cover broke this spring pouring an immense amount of old rotted leaves and an entire spring's worth of pollen directly into the pool and this little guy got 99.9% of it up effortlessly. The really big oak leaves I picked up manually with a net as those giant leaves are really too big for any vacuum. Love this thing and it actually pisses me off people either do not know how to use it or are just whiny about it because they had a bad day!!!

We got this at the beginning of the summer so I wanted to wait until we used it to review it. We have a 14x30 fiberglass pool; we LOVE the Dolphin robot but its a whole thing to take it in and out, same with the vacuum through the skimmer. We wanted something that we could use quickly to spot vacuum as needed. When I unboxed this thing I can assure you I thought you myself, ugh, this is some cheap plastic ish right here! Four months later it has done exactly what we needed it to and has actually sort of surprised us. Full disclosure, I didn't really read the users guide so maybe I wouldn't have had some of the issues I did in the beginning if I had. CONS: 1) The plug is like an indoor plug so I don't feel comfortable keeping it outside but I'm not bringing that vacuum inside either. I will charge it up in the outdoor outlet right outside the back door but then I have to remember to go and bring the plug inside. 2) The pole you hold to vacuum is SUPER flimsy plastic, almost like cheap PVC. I'd imagine it's like that to keep overall product weight down or ease of assembly but it can be tough to control the vacuum underwater with it sometimes. 3) This is the big one and I wish they could figure how to put some extra filters or screens to prevent this from happening.... The entire canister part has to be completely underwater for it to work properly. If you are saying standing at the edge of the pool and try and pull it out of the water before you can reach over and turn it off, all the water starts shooting out the sides and all the dirt and stuff you just cleaned up goes back into the pool. You pretty much have to make sure you turn it off before it's out of the water and then quickly lift it straight out. 4) overall quality seems chinsy, we do keep it outside but it's under a patio cover so it rarely gets direct sunlight yet the red power button has already faded to pink and I'm curious how long it will last. PROS: 1) as long as it's charged, it's definitely a convenient way to get some small stuff out of the pool so you don't have to mess with your whole vacuum setup. 2) price is as decent for what it is 3) easy to empty and rinse With all that being said, we had to have our pool drained yesterday for some fiberglass repairs. It hasn't rained here for weeks and of course rained the night before they came to drain it and we woke up to what looked like hundreds of worms that made their way into the pool overnight - it was disgusting!!!! But obviously with draining it, we couldn't use the vacuum. This morning I was standing there dismayed and don't want the fiberglass man trampling around in there mushing up all those worms so I busted out this handy vacuum and got a good amount vacuumed up. I wasn't going for perfect, just better than it was! Looking at all those worms in the vacuum was impressive; gross but impressive! Overall - have your expectations right but it's worth it.

Not happy with this product at all. It is flimsy and does require effort to be held down as it lifts/floats off the bottom. I was fine with the holding down part, but the first time I tried it, it did not last long & stopped sucking. Gave it another charge and tried a second time with a worse outcome. Second round it was no longer sucking any leaves up & a total waste of time and money. The handle is flimsy, the bottom is small & when it did suck the first round, I had to constantly clear the clogged leaves. I do not recommend this model. I previously had a prior model from this brand I was happy with, but not this one.

The Pool Blaster Pulse vacuum offers a convenient solution for efficient pool cleaning. It presents a simpler alternative to the traditional method of dragging a vacuum hose, making connections, priming, and managing the hose during the cleaning process. The vacuum is easy to assemble, lightweight, and comes with its own pole. However, for extended reach, I prefer using my extendable brush pole instead, as the provided pole measures only 48 inches in length. After a month of using the Pool Blaster Pulse, I have identified several advantages and disadvantages that I would like to share. - **Pros:** - - - Effortless accessibility, lightweight, and highly maneuverable. - - Expeditious charging capabilities, cordless operation with a 45-minute runtime. - - Simplified cleaning procedures and minimal maintenance requirements. - - User-friendly assembly and disassembly processes for convenient storage solutions. - - **Cons:** - - - The vacuum head is constructed from rigid plastic material, lacking the ability to conform to the contours of the pool’s bottom and sides. - - The vacuum head is notably diminutive in size (approximately 8 inches), necessitating multiple passes to cover the entire pool area. - - **Most Significant Drawback:** The vacuum commences with exceptionally powerful suction. However, after a brief period of vacuuming, as the filter sock accumulates debris, the suction diminishes significantly, resulting in the stirring up of water instead of effectively capturing debris or fine algae particles. In such instances, it becomes necessary to open the debris tank, remove the filter sock, and thoroughly rinse it. Upon reassembly, a few additional minutes of powerful suction may be achieved before the issue recurs. Overall, this device is a useful tool for quick cleaning tasks. While the loss of suction can be inconvenient and frustrating at times, it can be managed by regularly cleaning the filter sock. It is understandable that the suction power may decrease as the battery charge diminishes, but the issue of suction loss due to minimal buildup on the filter sock is a separate concern. If this issue could be addressed in future models, the device would be deserving of a higher rating. However, based on its current performance, I would rate it as satisfactory and give 3 STARS.

I very rarely ever write reviews on products that I purchase through Amazon. Sometimes I write reviews on other products I buy elsewhere but I’ve never done one here on Amazon. We have an above ground pool, 12‘ x 22‘ and we raised German shepherds and we have it large trees in our backyard and a sequoia tree and Douglas for a tree just happen to be at the end of the pool so the pool gets a lot of debris from the trees, not to mention all the dust flying around from the dogs running through the backyard. I’m disabled and have a disabled back and so trying to clean our pool is pretty difficult for me. And those vacuums that you hook up to the hose are in my opinion garbage, and the bag they give you does not capture the super fine dirt and silt. So I decided to purchase a cordless pool vacuum. I researched and bought one brand on Amazon and my son used it and then I used it and it just wasn’t the right one for our pool, especially since it was so dirty, so I returned it and researched this pool vacuum. Oh my goodness! I wish I would have just spent the extra money originally and purchased this one first! The bottom of my pool was covered in that fine dirt and silt and it is absolutely sparkling clean now! The only downside to this vacuum is after it’s charged fully you only get about 45 minutes to an hour of use. So I had to vacuum three times yesterday and three times today, but again the bottom of my pool and the sides of my pool were just coded in that silt and dirt. This is so easy to use, easy to put together, the suction is great and the fact that it comes with that pole is an extra bonus but also the pool can be removed and you can use it with that hand held part, much like the old dust busters. If you’re not wanting to invest in the robotic vacuum that goes along the bottom of the pool continuously, I highly recommend getting this pool vacuum especially if you have bigger pools and a lot of debris that can fall into the pool.
