This rowing machine gives a nice smooth/quite workout and has 14 different levels of resistance so you can decide what's best for you. It has a built in screen (runs on batteries/no annoying cord) that lets you count up or down by reps, calories or time so it's easy to track your workout. It's a good leg, upper body, and cardio workout all at the same time. It even seems to be working my abs! Assembly was very easy and it is a good quality. Everything needed for assembly (including tools) was in the box. It can be folded up when not in use to save space and has wheels on one end making it easy to move around although its light enough that you could move it easily even without the wheels. It also has cables and handles that easily hook up to let you do some upper body exercises. Shipping time was as promised and they even sent me a pair of free workout gloves. I am very happy with it. This rower is a great value with the additional features of strengthening exercises. The setup was well explained and easy for 1 person. Packaging was done very well and offered the only challenge to the setup. I found it helpful to copy/print the examples of exercises for reference, as they were not included in the instruction manual. As advertised, you can get a pair of gloves with the purchase and the customer service representative reached out to see if I had any questions. ... show more

OK, after 4 months of CONTINUOS use... machine is working as well as it did from day one! This machine is definitely a great purchase. No complaints. Easy to use. Adjustable friction control works great although I am almost at the highest level I just adjust my rowing speed or distance to compensate. I have recommended to 3 other people. Original Review March 15 2023- I don't really do many reviews but I feel this machine is worth it. I have only had this machine for 3 weeks but use it 3 days a week consistently. I was a runner but hips started bothering me at age 64 so I did some reading about what a good alternative would be and rowing came up over and over again. I am no expert rower...yet.. but this machine is very sturdy, made very well and has a sturdy frame. It does collapse but I have the room so I don't have to right now. The rowing is very smooth although there is a very slight clicking on the inside as you move forward and back it sounds like the mechanism locking in and out or something. Not bothersome just thought I should mention. I have used the pulley system and think it was a great idea although it will be more for the wife than myself since I lift free weights in between the rowing days. I have already referred a couple of co-workers to this machine because I think it is worth having. Great value for the price. Oh, and the customer service is awesome! I had a couple of questions and Anna got back with me within a few hours. I did look at several other machines and their reviews and this was what I believe was the best choice." ... show more

This rowing machine was exactly what I was looking for. I sold an elliptical machine and replaced it with this piece of equipment. It was easy to put together, is easy to move around, and I did sign up for the Kinomap app which is very helpful with my workouts. The added resistance weight training option is an added bonus. Solid well built & QUIET rowing Machine. Have had it for several weeks and used it every day. If you are looking for a very well built excellent machine at a very reasonable price this rowing machine meets that requirement. The fact that it folds up is a plus. I have used machines costing $1200.00 to $1800.00 and for a workout there is nothing that justifies the added cost for those machines. Prior to pulling the trigger on this unit, I investigated many units, I suggest that you do the same. I always came back to this rowing machine. This machine does everything it says it does. It is cost effective, however an excellent value for what you get. Customer service is great, I had a small issue and Anna took care of it extremely quick and professionally. I use this machine everyday, and really enjoy the versatility of the different exercises that I can do. Saves me having to drive out to a gym everyday.
