I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this machine. I am not a gym person or machine person but this year I needed something extra to add to my regiment due to my hitting the big 5-0 and the extra weight that comes with it. For starters putting the machine together was not hard, but you do need to be patient. I am grateful for the additional video that the seller has on Amazon’s site. The seat is comfortable and the rail system is smooth. Changing tension mid workout is super easy and you’re able to keep your flow going. I absolutely am getting a full body workout with this machine. And yes, besides the sound of the woven ‘tape/rope’ rolling back and forth, it’s virtually silent. To use the cable system in the rear you HAVE to step on the pegs or the entire machine will lift. And finally, I’m 5’9 and can completely straighten my legs. I absolutely 💯 recommend this machine as an entry level rowing machine. Honestly I don’t know how a high end machine would really add to the effective workout this machine gives you. I don’t see myself upgrading anytime soon.

Item was easy to put together, very manageable to move and sturdy once placed. Easy to use, has several levels for difficulty, and added items such as push-up handles to enhance your workout. Item is quiet and fits well in our bedroom converted to exercise room. The rower handles smoothly and doesn’t jolt or catch as you row. Nice product.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the Pooboo Magnetic Rowing Machine for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with it. The magnetic resistance is smooth and quiet, which is perfect for home use — I can watch TV or listen to music while rowing without any noise. The seat cushion is comfortable even for longer workouts, and the machine feels sturdy with a solid 360 lb weight capacity. I also love that it folds up easily and doesn’t take too much space. The tablet holder is a nice touch — I use it to follow workout videos or watch shows. It’s great not only for cardio but also for strengthening my arms and back. Overall, this is an excellent rowing machine for the price — easy to assemble, quiet, and well-designed. Highly recommend it for anyone building a home gym!

I did a fair amount of research before deciding to go with this rowing machine and I've been generally very happy with it. Customer service has been excellent quickly answering my multiple questions (thank you Anna!!) when the assembly instructions weren't immediately clear to me. The seat glides very smoothly and is comfortable to sit on, even for longer sessions. The velcro straps on the foot pedal makes for quick release which is appreciated. The pull ropes for standing exercise are fine for basic stretching, but don't expect this device to replace a traditional weight set if you are looking to build serious muscles as you can't make the tension /weight setting replicate heavy metal weights. It uses magnetic tension rather than water, so I understand it's far quieter than water based rowers. I assembled it by myself in a reasonable amount of time. The tension dial makes for easy adjusting of easy, moderate, or more difficult rowing. If I could suggest an even stiffer upper range, I think that more experienced rowers woukd find this moderately priced home unit more to their satisfaction. I'm fairly inexperienced though and was looking for a good cardio workout at home at a reasonable price. This mid-level rowing machine met my needs without me having to pay for a much more expensive home model that could have quickly become a dust collector. I use mine every morning, and I'm quite happy with my purchase decision!

Well packaged. Arrives on time. Assembly instructions are adequate. Took about an hour to inventory and assemble. It was a suitable tension for my workouts. I am 6 feet tall and wide is 5ft 4in. And both of us had no problem using it. Seems durable enough. You will have to dedicate some space for this... it isn't small.

I’ve had this rower for a few weeks, now. I am 6’5” tall and weigh 270 lbs. I bought this particular rower because it was the longest one I could find. It supports my frame just fine. It is a really a nice machine. It is very sturdy and smooth. There’s hardly any noise at all when rowing. The tablet holder and the digital display are simple and practical. There is plenty of resistance to get a good work out, in. Over all, I’m very happy with my purchase.

This rowing machine gives a nice smooth/quite workout and has 14 different levels of resistance so you can decide what's best for you. It has a built in screen (runs on batteries/no annoying cord) that lets you count up or down by reps, calories or time so it's easy to track your workout. It's a good leg, upper body, and cardio workout all at the same time. It even seems to be working my abs! Assembly was very easy and it is a good quality. Everything needed for assembly (including tools) was in the box. It can be folded up when not in use to save space and has wheels on one end making it easy to move around although its light enough that you could move it easily even without the wheels. It also has cables and handles that easily hook up to let you do some upper body exercises. Shipping time was as promised and they even sent me a pair of free workout gloves. I am very happy with it. Money Well Spent!
