Just purchased Pooboo E399 elliptical. Short review: Good product; worth the money. Longer review below. First, some review context. I purchased a Pooboo stationary bike early during the pandemic. Spent about $250 and wrote a positive review (2021). Nothing has changed my view that it is a very good product, every bit worth the cost. Second, I am 6’3”, now 194 lbs 80 year old who has worked out continuously for the last 35 years, largely at commercial gyms. So some things I say may mean different things to younger folks. Third, I have extensive experience using high end commercial equipment that costs at least ten to 20 times the cost of these two Pooboo machines. Make no mistake about it, as good as these machines are, they aren’t the quality of commercial gear. (Then again, they aren’t getting anywhere near the use of such commercial gear.) First for the negative, the E399 does not come close to ready out of the box. While the main components are together, maneuvering a 100lbs box is not easy or is “dismantling” the pieces that need to be installed. The instructions are reasonable, however, and there is nothing particularly difficult about the installation process; it just takes some time (several hours in my case) and some patience. Second, the stride is shorter than I am used to but it is fine (again remember, I only spent $300, not $3000-7000 on a Precor or similar device.) Also, if you wear a size shoe bigger than a 12 (US), the foot pads may present a little problem. Third, the monitor is nothing special, providing rudimentary information. There is an app but I haven’t investigated it. (Again remember: $300 vs at least $3000+.) Now for the positives. It is very stable (made of stiff steel tubes), very quiet and easy to move around with the front wheels. It’s tension system is quite good with smooth action and a broad range of adjustment levels easily changed (but remember to do this only while you are on and actively using the machine (just as it is with the commercial machines)). Machine reliability remains tbd, but given my five year success with the Pooboo bike, I am confident I will experience similar reliability. Bottom line: Good product, worth the money. Does what I need for cardiovascular exercise, especially in concert with the exercise bike. Plus there is the upper body benefit of the movable outer handles.

Great elliptical for the price! Easy to put together. I like the adjustable tension: works well for me and my wife! Easy to move around due to its' compact design.

I am not an avid gym person and like to exercise at home. I was looking for something which is easy and provides a good exercise. I love that it is good looking and sturdy. I can exercise while on calls, watching TV or just listening to music. Setup was easy and quick. I ordered a mat to go under it but seems it is well designed and does not need anything under it. It is made with solid steel and does not move at all, I mean it is not wobbly. The plastic parts are nicely made too. Moreover it feels safe when you exercise on the machine. Pooboo Elliptical is a good machine for those who are looking to have a quick and efficient way to exercise without going to the gym. My wife and son also loved the bike, we call it "The Bike"
