Chairs came assembled and table took about 10 minutes to put together including finding the right tools. Realized that screws were almost coming through the top of table. Called POLYWOOD and customer service sent out a replacement in less than a week. Thank you POLYWOOD!

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT order Polywood via Amazon. The folding chairs came assembled. 3 of the 4 chairs that I received, the plates to incline/decline were put on backwards. So they won't incline/decline. They stay at a decline. I contacted Polywood direct, after 10 days of back & forth they said I had to go through Amazon since I ordered it through Amazon. Amazon is saying that I have to go through Polywood because it's a 3rd party seller. I've been dealing with this for a full month now. Meanwhile, summer is almost over and I haven't gotten proper use of the patio set. I used to love Amazons customer service. This is the 3rd big incident that I've had with them like this in a couple months. They have definitely gone down the tubes. I will be canceling my membership and spreading the word. After a few more phone calls to Polywood, I finally found someone to send me replacements. I do not recommend ordering via Amazon. This was super stressful. Go through Polywoods website direct. The product is great quality, I only have one star for my experience to stand out. ... show more
