The media could not be loaded. Let's start with the pros. This is sturdy, beautiful, and a great price. My side porch isn't quite finished but I wanted to leave a review for those thinking of purchasing. I've read a lot of negative reviews on the company and seller customer service, I definitely want to chime in on that. I had two issues, one was bolts were not aligned with the pieces only on once side of four so it wasn't an issue in assembly and I had two pieces with cracked broken wicker. I reasched out to the company and they were so fast to reply and resolve the issue. Within just a few days I had the replacement parts I needed. THE NEGATIVE, have a lot of patience and time. This took me over 5.5 hours to put together myself and I have assembled so many things in my lifetime. There were several pieces not labeled. Very time consuming but worth it in the end. The little wrench to hold the bolts was too big, so I used a pair of pliers to hold that. The allen wrench had to be used on a couple of the areas too small for the allen wrench I have like a screw driver. But with time (maybe a few beers if you drink haha) you'll get it. Maybe if I drank it would have relieved some of my frustration lol. I can't thank the company enough for resolving my issues so quickly.

This set arrives in more than one box so pay attention when you take the pieces out to assemble them. Each piece is "lettered" to ease in the assembly but a couple of pieces have the same letter which can be a bit confusing at first. Also, there are 2 different sized screws. It's hard to notice that they are 2 different sizes at first. We were half way through the assembly process when we realized there were 2 different sizes and were afraid we were using the wrong sized screw throughout the process. We were lucky though. It certainly helps to have someone helping you with the assembly and also, if you have powered screwdriver, even better. Don't bother with the Allen wrench supplied...it'll take you FOREVER. All in all, we are happy with this set. It seems pretty sturdy. We got the gray/black set. We thought , according to the pictures, that the gray had a bit of a brownish tone to it which we were hoping so since our exterior is gray. A little disappointed that it's more of a gray with white in it and blends in a little too much with the exterior of the house. But, we'll make it work. We opted for the black cushions because we have dogs and figured the moment they discover the couch, they'll try to take nap on it. We were hoping the black wouldn't show their dirty paw prints like the white would but they probably show up just as much. It is fairly easy to brush the prints off though. The black material has a bit of a sheen to it which I don't particularly care for but, oh well. And, I concur with a lot of the other reviews that the cushions are a bit lit and easily move or are blown by the wind. I was going to use heavy-duty velcro on the undersides but opted not to in case I can't clean the paw prints off for some reasons and need to flip the cushion(s). Pretty comfy set for the price.

This couch is so good for the price! It is comfy, sturdy, and a really great price!! I would recommend it if you are trying to find outdoor furniture on a budget. I also really like that all of the cushion covers are removable so I can wash them if they get stains or anything on them. I do have a few cons but it wouldn't keep me from purchasing again. It was missing a lot of the washers so I had to make a run to Home Depot and grab more. The assembly is lengthy but I knew that when I purchased it. I am horrible at putting things together and although it was time-consuming, it was easy! There were a few pieces that were messed up but you can't really tell now that it is all put together. I have had it for a little over a month now and I notice the black is fading a bit already and I don't keep the cushions outside. I wouldn't consider this a con but I live in Florida and after a really hard rain, the cushions had actually soaked up all the water and it took a couple days to dry.

The media could not be loaded. As with anything the customer has to assemble, the provided tools aren't great. With a ratcheting wrench and allen wrench, this went together very easily. It's solid, looks great, and reasonably priced.

The media could not be loaded. Really great value!! We have had this set for a few weeks and love it. PROS: sturdy, held up good to outdoor conditions in Florida so far, comfortable for price point, looks really great and more expensive IMO. CONS: I love putting furniture together and this was the hardest one yet. It was very simple as far as directions and steps but the hard part was it was about 90% just about tightening bolts and most were at a weird angle or didn't line up easily so it was very physically strenuous and took several hours. The cushions don't stay in place so I plan to purchase some type of grippers but haven't yet. Overall very happy and would purchase again. It definitely enhances our outdoor space.

Okay considering the cost, I wasn’t expecting much but I’m glad that I was pleasantly surprised! It came in 3 boxes-each one of them not too heavy which was great. Was it hard to put together? No. Was it time consuming? Absolutely. Took probably 3 hours- however we weren’t in a rush! The cushions do move but that’s an easy fix. Overall really happy!

If you don’t want to buy patio furniture every 2 years, don’t buy this set!!! Beautiful initially but rattan woven arms cracked and unwind, sticking up now and poking you if you dare rest your arm on armrest
