Pretty easy install tight fit but got it to fit after a minute and it looks really good. No touch delay at all. I hook my hotspot up to it and watch videos on youtube and it’s super good quality, no lag or buffering. The bluetooth carplay connects really fast the only downside to it is there is like a second delay when you’re trying to watch a video on your phone. Overall it’s a really good unit so far. My old stock radios ACM went bad and I decided to go with this and i’m glad i didn’t spend over 1k$ to install a ford dealership unit. ... show more

Terrible ! The directions are a waste of time and on top of that I had to go buy extra tools all for the screen to not even work! Not to mention, it was clearly used before it got to me! I will never buy anything else electric from Amazon.
