Works as intended easy to clean, long hose my senior father enjoy the fact he doesn’t have to hold a jug and can easily clip this on to side of bed with a slight bend on handle. And also the jug is large enough to not need emptying through the night if needed. No leaks is a plus, tip: I used a small wire to clip handle to the leg of the table so it won’t ever tip over

This is a great product . was used for someone who was very sick and on blood thinners . unlike the tradition uriel the soft rubber tip didn't leave bruising . he was able to use on his own. the only this that was difficult was pee would get trapped and u would have to hold it up in air to drain into the container. even hospital was impressed with it. i this cost was pretty good. quality was good if u could just fix hoses issues. it would b peerfect .

I got this because I sleep in a recliner and need to urinate about every 2 hours. The first and only time I used it, urine went everywhere but in the jug, causing me to get up in the middle of the night to take a shower and change my bedding. I had the hose running below the flow, down to the floor and then up to the jug so there were no spots where the hose was higher than the flow, other than from the floor to the jug and no way to run the hose straight from the collection cup to the jug. All of the urine seemed to collect in the cup and then overflow. I was willing to try again, but now I can't find my instructions to see if I did something wrong, and have also managed to lose one of the hose clips. I'm sure there other people who haven't had this problem or who have not been clumsy enough to lose both the instructions and one of the hose clips. Totally my fault, but I'm now having to go through Amazon customer service to get new instructions and spare parts, so after the one middle of the night disaster, I've decided not to spend more time getting two parts and just return the whole thing and try something different. I hope your experience is better than mine.

This is a good and well thought out design, but the quality of the tubing leaves much to be desired. It is very flimsy and can kink. The lids on both the reservoir and the top depository are very flimsy as well and do not attach to the containers well, leading to accidents
