Used product and did not work
Used product was send to us and did not work. It was for my daughter’s birthday and it was so disappointing to find out after opening that it is defective product.

Perfect Condition
I just want to say that I ordered this product without looking at the reviews from the four game store. After ordering I read the reviews and was a little concerned. But let me say, after receiving the PS5 all components were absolutely new and if you know, they had the new product smell when opening! We are completely happy with our purchase!!! Thank you Four Games! Great Purchase!

Junk controllers make the system unplayable
I've had 3 off 4 controllers fail. They're designed to break after 417 hours of use. It's not worth the cost or frustration of constantly replacing controllers to play this system any more. I'm ditching it all together and switching to PC and I'm a life long console PS1-5 player. Goodbye Sony.
