Its good, works perfectly, but they sent the wrong ps5, litteraly. Its a slim so the cooling stand I bought is useless bc it wont fit, so i wasted 30$ on it, cant return it. Other than that, aside from some dirt and grime, its perfect

First of all I waited 3 weeks for delivery only to not be able to even use the ps5. I really think the PS5 was packaged damaged. There was damage to the point that the panels on backside were not flush so even if you wanted to plug cords in it would not fit. Plastic around HDMI & charger port were broken. When I first took ps5 out of box 2 of the cover panels just fell. The pieces to snap them in place were broken and smushed to the point where the ps5 itself had some deep scratches- so you know it was handled very roughly. Also no ps5 controller. I should have paid more attention to the reviews before placing order. Now I have to wait 30 days for a refund. ... show more
