I ordered size 20 x 20 inserts to fit my 18 x 18 pillow case. The size was perfect for my case. Having the larger insert placed into the smaller pillow case created a very full pillow. If I ordered the same size, then there would not be much fullness once placed into the pillow case. The pillow inserts arrive packaged separately in the box. They are flat due to the pressure sealed packaging. As soon as I took the pillow inserts out of their packages, they immediately puffed up. These pillow inserts are extremely well made and the price is fantastic. The zippers work great! I just love how the zippers appear to be hidden. The insert covers are made from good quality material. They are soft and beautiful. It fit beautifully in my pillow case. My pillow is very fluffy looking. The pillow insert is so well made one could use it as it is without a pillow case; but I would want to protect the insert. I am looking for a pillow case for my other insert. I could not find any pillow cases made by Oubonon. I wish they made them. I will definitely purchase more pillow inserts made by Oubonon through Amazon. ... show more

They have soft, zippered covers. They are nice and firm and fluffened beautifully after coming out of the vacuum sealed pack. They are perfect! Stuffed them in my new pillow case covers and it fit great. Loved them both!

I had a bamboo pillow that went hard so I bought these for soft but not too soft and firm but not too firm. These are perfect in-between. They fluff right back up but are soft enough to fall into. Sturdy enough to support my head and neck.

It allows for you to stuff the pillow and immediately get the shape you desire - whether it is fluffy or you want to chop the top in the middle. I Love and have many throw pillows. I love them! But I needed some new inserts, so I looked at many reviews of pillow inserts and these Oubonun ones looked good to me because they were the only ones that had a cotton fabric on them. They did NOT disappoint!! These are beautiful. Very good quality, very fluffy and soft! They were a little bit more pricey than many others but totally worth it-they will last for a long time! Got 2) 20x20 and they where the wrong size, but liked them so much got 100% cotton covers for those and purchased the ones I needed to replace feather ones that after guests sweating on with dog...just smelled and its a pain to wash feather cushions.
