so far so good. I haven't played or used any play station anything before, so it's kinda weird to move from Xbox to play station (I feel like I'm learning how to use a controller again), but Im sooo happy with what I got. If I could give a negative review I would, ordered this for a birthday present, it arrived on time but that was it, it was just wrapped in bubble wrap. Cords are new when you plug it in it just glitches a gray and black screen! Tried hooking it up to different tvs and the same thing hit a button goes completely black. ... show more

I bought this for my boyfriend, trying to save a little bit of money (brand new ps5’s are expensive). I was worried about issues that may come up based on the reviews I had read but went for it anyway!! I was comforted by some of the reviews saying the customer support team was quick to assist. It came in the mail 4 days early! Graphics quality is fantastic, we had no problems getting it connected to WiFi or getting his PlayStation account to connect!! He is a VERY happy customer! Update: they reached out and attempted to resolve the issue. They approved the return and I received a refund immediately. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars still upset I had to reorder a ps5 but they made it right. . The new features PlayStation was busted but that was not their fault someone switched out the console on them. Just going forward make sure you all attempt to set up an account to assure they’re not banned. Don’t purchase from them especially if it’s a gift! I was embarrassed! Finally turned on only to see the console was banned!!!! Waiting on a response from Amazon or four games but as of now 1 star ... show more
