    • Looks Great! Until it breaks (Twice!)
I've purchased these lights twice for two separate setups. While they initially light up the room beautifully, both units ended up failing within a couple of months. In both cases, the receiver unit malfunctioned, causing the lights to flicker before ultimately dying altogether. As you can see by the other reviewers, I'm not the first to share this sentiment. The product was out of warranty each time, and there was no way to contact the seller for support or a replacement. Given the consistent failure rate and lack of customer service, I strongly advise against purchasing this product. Save yourself the money and avoid the frustration.     • Remote and Sensors don't work.
I bought and installed 2-40 ft. LED lights, and the remote does not work. I bought a second one, and the sensor does not work. I emailed the company and they responded telling me to just return the item to Amazon. Lights are in my gym and look fabulous. Easy to install and see up.

Lighting was grat, but no matter what I tried, the light strands would always fall of the wall. Even after trying a .replacement package, the same problems still occur. Disappointed that they couldn't be used longer than a few days

    • Stopped working at 5 months & had to get remote/receiver replacement.
Honestly loved and was so proud of the installation I did with these lights. Purchased and installed in October 2024 (5 months ago.) Took ~ 30 minutes and it completely transformed the space. Space is very well lit during the day, but at night has no additional light. These lights make it so bright and warm, I loved them! However, giving 1 star because just a few days ago, the lights started turning on randomly and flickering (even when it was supposedly powered off.) Now the lights won't turn on at all. Products should have a much longer lifespan than 5 months. I decided to hop back on here to read reviews, and it sounds like it has happened to a handful of others. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to get a hold of customer service to fix this and won't have to completely take the lights down. - EDIT/UPDATE: Changed to 3 stars*** Customer Service did reach out and we found with some troubleshooting that it was the receiver and remote that stopped working. Led lights are still working great and I was able to keep them set up. They sent me a new receiver and remote (took about 8 days) and lights were back to working within seconds. I really love these lights, the functionality, and how they look. But, I am skeptical about the longevity of this new remote & receiver (hoping they will last at least a year or two!). Without the remote and receiver, the lights lose all smart functionality and can only be operated by manually plugging or unplugging them. ... show more

    • Adaptor for the controller stopped working
"Return and product support windows have closed" I purchased this product about 6 months ago and installed about 3 months ago. The adaptor for the controller has stopped working after maybe 10 total hours of use. How do I get a new one?
