I recently purchased the tartar and plaque removal system, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! From the moment I ordered it, everything went smoothly—the product was received promptly, and the packaging was impressive. The instructions provided were clear and crucial to achieving the best results. I do remember having to adjust or tighten something at the beginning, so make sure you follow that step to ensure optimal performance. One thing to note is that if you have any bonding on your teeth, it's best to avoid using the device in that area. However, for the rest of the teeth, the tools included in the set are incredibly handy and effective in removing tartar and plaque. Unbelievable how well this device worked on cleaning my teeth. It is going to save me expensive trips to the dentist for cleaning. I drink a lot of tea & coffee, which unfortunately leave my teeth with terrible brown stains. After using this for a month (one a week) - I can see that some of the browning on my teeth is gradually lightening. The product is easy to use - At first, I was kind of afraid to use it, I thought it was going to hurt, but it doesn't. At first, when the cleaner turns on, it is so silent that it seems it is not working but when you put it against your teeth, it vibrates and you can control it with different settings. If it touches your gum, it will stop - so you can be assured your gums will not be hurt. I started off with the lowest setting, gradually increasing it after being confident there will not be any pain. I love this product! I've been using it for about a month now and don't regret the decision to purchase it. Took off all plaque easily and came with all necessary tools such as a mirror, tongue scraper and light on end of cleaning tool. Highly recommend it!!! ... show more

I used it tonight on a small area. (Previous experience removing tarter on more teeth at once with hand tools left tender gums and a sore) I was apprehensive it would work since I don't have large areas of tarter right now and it's mainly between teeth along the gum line. At very first I was thinking there was no way this is going to work. I kept going though, learning how to use it and maneuvering it around. Fairly quickly I got my first piece off. As others have said, it does work best at a certain angle, which is kind of on the side while moving it up and down along the edge of the tarter. It does not even vibrate unless the head is touching something hard. When you turn it on it doesn't do anything until you touch your teeth except emit light. It does turn off after a certain time, probably to ensure it's not accidently left on. I think it was on this device that I read a review from a lady that took hers to her dentist that made me roll my eyes so hard. Of course your dentist is going to say it didn't work and is not going to advocate for the use of these... She doesn't want to lose your money. That review was on my mind when using it and how she said it doesn't work when I kept removing pieces of tarter which is why I took a picture to show how amazing it worked on my top and bottom front teeth. I am excited to use it more to get rid of the rest of the tarter I have, small areas at a time. It's sad I have to do all this myself, thanks to American healthcare system... but I'm glad I found this as it's faster and safer than using hand too. First off, apologies if that first photo grosses anyone out 😣 I wanted to get a before and after to see if it really did the trick. Boy oh boy did it ever! The packing was great, everything was sterile and wrapped individually. I was a little nervous to use it because I have sensitive gums and I didn’t want to accidentally cut them. Once I started, it was quite intuitive and actually really easy to use. The 5 settings allow for use on sensitive areas or on minor plaque, and to remove calcified plaque. I have had this bar behind my bottom teeth since I was 14 and it is incredibly difficult to keep clean. This device is like having a mini dentist in my hand! I had to go up to the 4th setting in order to clean out the really set in areas, but as you can see by the second photo it worked wonders! I am incredibly happy that I have this and plan on using it often. It is gentle, easy to use and has made my mouth feel so much cleaner! I love the safety of this little tool! It turns on and the light comes on but it only vibrates when it hits a hard surface like your teeth. It doesn't hurt at all and works pretty well (its not a replacement for the dentist, but great in-between visits!). The noise is almost quiet, but it does have a high pitched frequency that is a little abrasive to hear but its very similar to the sounds from the dentist ones. I do love this tool, though! Read and follow the directions! I have a permanent retainer and it always gets lots of gross plaque and tartar build up no matter what I do so I thought I’d give this a try. In less than 10 min my retainer is cleaner and looks amazing!!! I’m soooo happy I got this!!
