Only two uses, but thus far it's working fine. The jet stream is powerful and the handle rotation is fine. The slide button to shut off the stream is stiff, but may relax over time although I don't use it. One quibble is my preference for a separate on-off switch and speed control. For family use where everyone has a preferred setting, it would make little difference. I was pleasantly surprised the tips are interchangeable with WaterPik flosser nozzles. (See photo.) My dentist suggested that I use one, and said that one with an adjustable pressure knob that is plug in, not battery operated would be best. I have been using this product for the last few weeks and am amazed at all the stuff it gets out between the teeth! I only eat twice a day, and use it after each meal.
