I’m really happy with this Waterpik! It’s very easy to use, powerful, and leaves my teeth and gums feeling super clean. I love that it’s cordless and waterproof, so I can use it in the shower. The pressure settings are great (I started on low and moved up), and the different tips are really helpful. Battery lasts a long time and it comes with a nice travel bag, which is perfect for trips. I’ve been using the Waterpik Cordless Advanced 2.0 for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with it. It’s compact, portable, and completely waterproof, which makes it easy to use in the shower or take while traveling. The travel bag and 4 tips included are a nice bonus. The water pressure is strong but adjustable, and it does an excellent job cleaning between teeth and along the gumline. It feels much more effective than traditional floss, especially for sensitive gums. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, and charging is quick and simple. My 15 year-old waterpik finally bit the dust so this was the replacement. I do like the cordless even though it holds a lot less water than the older tank style versions most times I find it holds plenty of water for as much as I need to do and if I need to go a second round it only takes seconds to refill the water. This has a plug-in charger that has a magnetic grip easy to recharge when needed although you shouldn’t have to recharge often. I like my first model this has three different speeds or levels of pressure. Usually medium works well although I have used the highest setting occasionally. My teeth are very close together and even using that flat floss I find that it’s difficult to get floss in between some of my teeth so I’ve always liked to use a water pic and because of limited counter space I started using the handheld version instead of the original style. This is very easy to travel with it is light weight when empty. Very easy to use and clean and the waterpik brand is one that I would definitely recommend. There are other brands that are a little more trendy at the moment but when you look at them the companies are only in business for a short while or make 1000 other products. Waterpik has been around as long as I can remember and are definitely high-quality. ... show more

It seems to work. I would prefer a larger reservoir; I am refilling it 3 times every time I use it. The charging is the real problem; they need to get a battery controller that lets me just charge it when I am done. This charging it every 2-3 weeks is not the best. Also, the inductive charging is not the best choice; this wastes energy as heat, which is bad for the battery. I used a knockoff brand, but I have had problems with theirs; so I decided to give Waterpik another try. I would really like to see them work on the improvements that I have mentioned above. I do not have the space on my vanity for the plugin version. ... show more

At first using this worked very well. It felt great on my teeth and was not uncomfortable to use at all. It cleans great and gets things out between my teeth that i can even see normally. It was really easy to use and it has three different functions to clean which is really handy. The water pressure is good and the build and durability of the pick is above average. The only problem was after a few uses I realized my charger was not working. The charger is a wireless charger cord and when attaching it the cord did not work at all. I cleaned my device out emptied all the water and tried every troubleshoot on youtube I could find a solution even after drying out the inside. On the other hand support was pretty helpful and I was sent a partial refund and another charger. Overall the water flosser is pretty good for the price but i had some charging issues which was a bit disappointing. The cleaning is great and support was helpful. ... show more
