This product works well to clean your teeth and gums. The tank holds a good amount of water. You can add mouthwash also but you must flush out the system afterwards with clean water. One issue I found was the knob to turn it on. The know controls the variable pressure and speed of the discharge, however once you run out of water in the tank you have to turn it off using the knob which takes several turns counter clockwise. The water pressure is very impressive when it's turned all the way up. It will definitely get any gunk or anything that's stuck in your teeth out. Be warned, If the pressure is too strong it will make your gums bleed. The dial on the machine is very nice to be able to adjust it to where you like the pressure. The product is easy to use, if there is any water leakage where it shouldn't be on the water pick, make sure everything is clicked into place. (I thought I broke mine) lol ... show more

This was the first water flosser I encountered. It was a little loud, and I returned this because I thought it wasn't supposed to pulse. I'm so sorry! (Someone should make a video so you see what to expect.) But then I got a Waterpik Aquarius, and it does exactly the same thing! In light of that, I think this is a great device for the cost. It doesn't have 2 modes like the Aquarius, but you can choose the strength of the water, and it does a great job of cleaning. It takes some practice and coordination to use, as I got my face full of water from both brands of water flossers. But my teeth do feel clean after the treatment, and I will probably get better with practice. ... show more

I go this for myself and my granddaughter to use. It has 3 tips for 3 different people. Plus, there are a bunch of other tips that make keeping teeth clean easier. It really does the job! It has a lot of power, and the setting can be changed for whatever pressure you want. I have had an older model that has a similar size tank to hold water but even though this one is smaller and more appealing it doesn’t feel as strong as my older one. Nothing wrong with this one it is great but thought I’d mention a comparison. Maybe it being more gentle is a good thing so if you have sensitive gums this will be nice for sure! I put a tube of toothpaste next to it for a size comparison. It's a nice little size. Perfect for even smaller bathroom counter tops and it's shape makes it a good item to stick in a corner to save even more space or for a cleaner aesthetician. All the attachments are nice. The only one I personally don't like is the tongue cleaner. It doesn't do as well of a cleaning job as a traditional tongue scraper. But given all its good I'd say that's a minor issue. The stream power is adjustable the attachment part can rotate which is nice because it won't kink up the cord and is nice for those of us with arthritis in the wrists and hand. ... show more
