The floss is held incredibly tightly within the plastic, which is great. A lot of other brands' sticks tend to break and leave floss between your teeth.

Works relatively well, but I don't like the pick part of it. I don't see any reason the pick needs to fold out, rather than just sticking out. Plus, the pick is round and does not clean as well as I'd like. Other brands have a thin tapered pick portion that works better than this device. The floss in these things never breaks and very rarely frays, even when flossing between tight teeth - can't say the same for some other brands I've tried. Maybe it says more about flossing in general than about these in specific but I haven't had any cavities since I started flossing every night...
