I drank Shakeology for a month because it was included in a nutrition package that I purchased through Beachbody. However, I couldn't stomach the price of $130/month, so I decided to try out the chocolate 310 shake for half the price. I was willing to give it my best shot; however, I am on day 3 of this, and I can barely gag it down. It makes me almost physically ill to drink it. The taste is like drinking chalky peas with some horrible vegetable after taste. This is after mixing it just like I did my Shakeology with half a banana, a handful of spinach, a cup of ice, a cup of almond milk and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder. Nothing can hide the taste. I am one to normally give very positive reviews, but be warned that unless you have no taste buds, don't spend $70 on this. If I could send it back, I would!

With straight water or almond milk it’s pure gritty chocolate chalk and I have to pep talk my way through it. Once I threw it into my ninja blender with almond milk, a couple ice cubes and berries it went from 0-100 real quick. Sometimes I add a little Greek yogurt or honey.

I have read many reviews from folks that use 310 Nutrition and say this works. Gave myself a week to read reviews and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did, I Love the shake, was a bit unsure to start with and thought I would give it a try. Great flavor, not chalky or powdery after tast. Using to help lose 20 or so pounds. I love the fact that it sugar free and low carb so I can use it with my diet I’m already on and don’t have to worry that it will mess my carbs and sugar intake up. Will purchase again. Looking to try some of the other shakes as well. Best decision I have made so far.

Headaches every night I have used this product. I hate to admit that I will go back to a way more expensive product because this will be going in the garbage. I was really hopeful for this product, but besides a bad taste I was hungry within an hour and a half. The other products I used I could go from 7:30 to 12 without being hungry.

I researched the ingredients. I read the reviews. I clicked buy now with the hope that this would not be like every other meal replacement shake on the market. The chalky taste, the after taste you can't get rid of, no matter how many times you brush, the headache that follows drinking it. I can say the third part is new, I've never had something give me a headache before. Despite the fantastic reviews, this just doesn't do it for me. I hate to admit that I spent a lot of money for this and only had one serving before I threw it out.

I started my 310 journey weighing 184.4 lbs size 14/16. I’m 49 yrs old and 5’4, I thought I was never gonna get back to myself again. 1. I can adjust added to the shake (fruits, flaxseed, hempseed, peanut butter powder, honey etc) ingredients to taste and caloric load. 2. I love these shakes in all the flavors. Most shakes contain animal protein, I do eat small amounts of meat but didn’t want to ad more animal protein in my shakes so these are perfect because they use plant protein instead. It’s much healthier! The flavors are great and there’s numerous choices. I but the bags for home and individual packets for work. I usually just mix with water but if I’m in the mood for something thicker or creamier I use almond milk.
