I purchased one bottle in April if this year and then a double order in May of this year. I am nearing the end of the third bottle. I follow the instructions and take one serving (4 capsules) in the morning on an empty stomach (6:30 am) Pros: after working up to a full serving I noticed it was very easy for me not to be hungry until around noon. So I did not eat but maybe a slim fast around 10am. Also the jittery feeling was minimal. Cons: After eating lunch, my appetite was no longer suppressed. I could tell no difference in mood, or focus while using this product. My main goal was weight loss and that did not happen at all. So as a weight loss supplement I unfortunately cannot give this product a positive review as it did not work for me. Maybe there is a better formula by Performix that works, but at this point I don’t know what that is. ... show more

I like the up, and there is no crash! The tingly hair doesn't happen either. Balanced energy and focus. As a State Corrections Sergeant that works 16 hours quite a bit...this is a big helper!

This product is great. I’ve had a Body Builder who praised this products results, and I’ve also got a friend to use it as well. Activates within 5 minutes of taking it. I like to split pills. 1 in the morning and 1 right after work. It doesn’t keep my up from taking one in the afternoon.
