Great price for this sub. I recommend if you're on a budget and only need a single speaker with a single voice coil. Wattage level is perfect for bridging your amp without having to worry about blowing the coil. I had dual 12's in another vehicle and couldn't fit it in the new one, but my amp was a monster and I'm a bass head, & that poor little 150w 12 couldn't handle my addiction, fried that sucker like bacon within a few days. Good build quality. Sound excellent very clear. Not what I was expecting from a stamp steel basket subwoofer I’m pleasantly surprised. I have 2 @4ohms with the pioneer GM-DX975 They preform extremely well with lower power.

These just sound fantastic in the car. Hit just as hard, maybe a bit harder, as my old subs at 1000w but the notes are sooo much lower. I have these in a 3.5cb/f Dual 12" slot-style ported enclosure running 1000w wired at 2ohms load on the amp. Never use to have a lot of rattle with the other subs and now things rattle (like the trunk latch and rear window) when the other subs didn't do that so that's something to keep in mind for some people. ... show more
