I wish I could get the formula for my hair down correctly. I tried dark blonde for 40 minutes and it was too dark. I then tried a level 9 and it was too light and I felt it did not cover my 90% grey. An interesting note, you cannot find this product in Paris. I must have gone to 20 different stores and only found 1 or 2 boxes of deep colors. You would think that a box with the Paris label is actually available in Paris. I have a level 6 and 9 here. I’m going to try to mix them. ... show more

The color is too dark basically dark black instead of dark brown. The hair is dull at the end of the process. Instructions were followed. Not satisfied.

Very good at covering the grey hair. I ordered dark blonde (6), a little bit darker than I expected, but the hair shines under the lights; is not a dull color. I like it.

It is a well known brand that I tried the first time. Unfortunately did not cover the gray hair completely, did not give the color full and started fading after a couple of showers. Maybe the holding time mentioned in the instructions is not sufficient. Unfortunately not good value for money.

My hair NEVER felt so hydrated and shiny after a hair dye procedure but it not covered 100% my grays. I left it 40 minutes acting. Also for reference, after read a few comments that it runs darker, I ordered 2 tons lighter than my hair color (my hair is dark, I ordered dark blonde).
