For a printer with no ink it does a pretty bang up job! Comes with charger! I had to play with it for a second but easily got the hang of it. It works through Bluetooth connection. I've downloaded pictures from phone from my online books and taken pictures of a computer screen (babies in womb pic) and they still have great quality! I did run out of paper quickly- I just had too much fun honestly! Luckily I bought some more just in different colors. Easily readable would just need to make the picture bigger. Just prints in black no other colors will show. I would say glossy finish, smudged a little when written on.

I really don't have a super good reason to use this product, like I'm not in college and using it to keep notes or anything, and i have no use for this for work purposes either, but I am using it for fun stuff like adding pictures into my planner for memory keeping. I gotta say, i am OBSESSED! I will be ordering more for gifts. The printer is small enough to carry in your purse or backpack, but i only have use for it at home so it sits nicely on my desk. I ordered the one with three rolls of printer paper and I am so glad I did. It comes with a transparent, semi-transparent, and white paper. This is awesome to test out all the different ones so you can decide which is best for your needs, I would not have thought of ordering a multi-pack otherwise. I have only printed pictures, and the quality isn't the BEST, but honestly this makes little difference to me as its just going into a planner. If you want high quality prints, get them printed though a service. Attached pictures you can see the difference of transparent (jeep) and regular white sticker paper (couple.) I used the filter option in the Phomemo app for the couple, the jeep was my first pic printed, before I figured out filters.

Configuration is easy, paper loading easy, operation is easy, BUT the paper doesn’t tear off. The serrated knife is WORTHLESS. You have to pull the paper and use scissors. Please FIX this!

Review Change! I purchased this printer in December and after 30 days, I couldn't get it to work any longer so I wrote a review about it which you can see below. A few days after the review, the company sent me a reply saying they wanted to help me by either giving me a refund or replacing the printer. I told them that I really needed the printer since I had purchases all colors of paper/stickers for it and it was so handy for my Bible study. They express mailed me a new one that I got within 2 days. This was about 30 days ago and the new one is working great! I guess anyone can get a lemon but they sure do care about making their customers happy. Thank you Phomemo! I'm very happy with the new one and your attention to making sure your customer gets a good product. My Original Review I loved how well this printer worked when it worked. I bought all color paper and printed notes for my Bible study. Then it started giving me a red light and wouldn’t work after about 30 days. I tried all the troubleshooting ideas but nothing worked.

I was excited to receive this. The instructions were very small print and very minimal, but I got the paper installed with the glossy side down. Plugged it in and the light blinked either fast or slow, no explanation why in the instructions. While charging, I downloaded the app with no problem. I decided to just do my name first: Nick. I typed it in the box and hit print. The phomemo made noise and paper came out. I tried to tear it off on the sharp, serrated edge to no avail. I had to hold the phomemo in one hand, and pull with the other. No luck, it wouldn't tear. So, I got a scissors, pulled the paper out a little and cut it. Okay, no big deal - surely the print would look good. I turned the paper over - nothing. I thought I'll separate the paper and it will show up - nope, nothing, nada. I tried again and again and again. I tried one of the funny faces and tried again and again. Each time, the paper would come out like a normal printer, but each time, there was nothing on the paper. Invisible ink? Do I have to add lemon juice or vinegar to get it to show up? And the serrated knife for tearing the paper is worthless. So, after a couple of hours fiddling with it, I put back in box, and got a return label. Cost was about $64 with shipping and tax. Interestingly I could not get a refund to my credit card, but has to go to an Amazon gift card! That hasn't happened to me before. I bought this thing to label jelly jars for my wife. I can't understand all the good reviews on Amazon. Usually, lots of good reviews bodes well for a product. But, not this time. Caveat Emptor, but thanks to Amazon for easy return. It will be to UPS before the New Year. I will have had it for less than 24 hours. Glad I decided to try it immediately.
