This was purchased on March 25, 2025 & today is July 13, 2025. I've waited to post this review, so that I could get plenty of experience with the printer first. I bought the cute pink one to match my rose gold laptop, & it came with the cables to attach it to my laptop, and a cute gray velveteen pouch to store the printer & cables in. It does take a bit of practice to get the paper centered just right, and I had two different types of paper by the manufacturer to play with - the individual sheets you feed through one at a time & the folding sheets that are attached to each other. I find the folding sheets far easier to deal with. Understand that this printer is thermal, so there is no need to purchase expensive ink cartridges! That's a HUGE plus! It plugs directly into your computer, you add the printer to your computer's approved printers, you hit print, it sends what you're printing to the printer, & it really is as simple as that. Understand, that it only prints in black & white, but the quality is good! I print out documents for the Social Security Administration every month, I print out my daughter's homeschool worksheets, and anything else that I need to print out. The only downside is that you can only print on one side of the paper because it's thermal paper. One side has writing on it by the manufacturer that indicates you don't print on that side & the other side is blank. I've also noticed that printed documents seem to have smaller print than when I print on my husband's HP printer. None of this bothers me because it's still legible & clear.

Pros: -This brand appears to be a bestseller and produces a reliable product. -For people who need a mobile printer or if you print infrequently, this is a great option because there's no ink to dry up and printing at Staples is 24¢ compared to the cost of thermal paper which is about 10¢. -Thermal paper is slightly shiny on the print side but you can easily use a pen on it. -Very easy app to set-up and connect via Bluetooth. Cons: -Not for a business presentation because the paper is thin and the printout is fine but not as crisp as inkjet or laser printing. -You can use a roll of paper or buy sheets, but either way you're printing one at a time to either cut each page or feed each page. -The product line descriptions are confusing, so be sure to get the latest version and/or the one you need because each iteration improves the quality.

I do not understand. This printer, all of the pages come out COMPLETELY CURLED UP? It’s a total waste. On top of it, it won’t print with regular paper. Nothing I’ve printed even comes out properly or readable because the paper is completely ROLLED UP and will not flatten down? Also all the pages get totally ripped like you’ll see in the other review photos. I like the size but the actual print function is so poor and the paper is unusable after. Extremely frustrating. I purchased this thinking it would be useable with regular paper once the roll ran out but no. Im frustrated. I love that it connects to phone easily but the actual print function is bad

I bought one and used it for months, it died and no longer powered on. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new printer to replace my faulty and defective one. Great seller. Will do business with again.

Very convenient. Setting was super easy. I mainly printed docs directly from my Phone and the App was very easy to use. Its also lightweight so i can carry it in my purse and print on the road as well. Great customer service is a plus.

Terminal Printer, which means you don't have to worry about buying ink. Print really well when it works. Easily connection to my Samsung Fold5 phone via Bluetooth. Bought May 3, 2024. Had issues with getting it to turn on a few months after buying it. It says push and hold button 3 seconds to turn on. That wouldn't alway work. It would charge just find or act like it was fully charged but when you try to turn on, it wouldn't come on. Now I can't get it to turn on at all. It use to beep and the green like would be on, but not anymore. Would not buy nor recommend. It doesn't last a year.
