This is a great bike overall, wish I had gotten the 24 inch tires with step through. Bike is a little hard to step over and get on it. I had to go into the advanced settings and correct a number of things not set correctly. Bike came set up with KPH, voltage was wrong at 48V not 60V, tire size was set at 20 inches not 26 inches. This all affected the display and or performance but was a simple fix. The rear suspension was over torqued at the factory and the rear shock would not move at all. After I loosened the pivot bolts I had rear suspension movement which made a huge difference off road. I got the bike up to 45 MPH on pavement on a straight road, impressive. I am very happy with this PAS mtn. bike. There are a number of things that I also had to change in advanced settings, for example the cruise control was turned off from factory, easy to turn on plus other options. ... show more

Haven’t had this very long and I’ve only put 70 miles on the bike but so far I love it. It has plenty of power and the battery does last quite a while.

The bike is great but the stand over height is to tall on the step over bike I’m keeping it but I should have ordered the step through!! Other then that I love the bike!!

I'm 250lbs using it to commute to work 10mi both ways, more like a 4000w bike. With a 1000w boost when it hits a hill or wind resistant. 47 down hill 41ish up hill. I've put about 100miles on it and couldn't be happier it. It's get 20miles on a full charge at full load constant. Unlocked it still has a slow start. Wish I could fix that even with altering the setting that it says, manual is slightly off on setting depending which controller you get. Some of the settings are different. But it moves good feels good and doesn't leave anything on the table after 3-8mph. Hopping the front wheel which wines is still usable after a couple hundred miles ... show more

Have only had it a week and this thing is absolutely awesome. I have taken it through mud, high grass, on the road, etc. this definitely exceeded my expectations.
