Works fine for me, I am using this to pull large saw briars and vines from trees on an old fence line, some of the saw briars are 30 feet long. IF they won't pull out by hand, I attach the rope to my tractor. Not exactly what this is designed for, but works great.

This product works fine. Not the greatest quality, but appropriate for the price I paid. Casting of the metal is just a little shabby. This did NOT work, however, for the small cables on my garage door.
