If I told you the truth about this stuff I would gross you out - lets just say it has changed my life for the better! Much better. I used to have IBS. Except mine wasn't irritable bowel syndrome, my bowels were angry. I had ABS. Now my bowels are happy. HBS. I am like a rabbit. A LARGE rabbit, but a rabbit nonetheless. Also, I should mention that I am a skeptic of snake oil scams and I wasn't expecting anything from this, but how can you change your bowel movements through placebo effect? I don't think you can. So I have to think this really did change my guts and make things more healthy. Now I no longer dread the bathroom and I spend much less money on Charmin every month. It is a game changer. I used to get this at Costco but cannot find it regularly (<---- get it) so I have to buy it on Amazon now. But the prices here are great and with the option to have them just send it on a schedule (every three months) I never run out and I never have to go back to Angry Bowel Syndrome again. ... show more

Since this probiotic contains time sensitive ingredients it's important to know the expiration date. I've used Phillips probiotic for a long time and I think they are useful for colon health. so, when I saw a bottle of 90 was on sale (prime day) I ordered one even tho I had recently opened a new bottle. I was disappointed to see that this newly purchased bottle will expire before I will use them unless I start using them immediately. My current bottle doesn't expire till 2025 so it isn't a major problem for me to switch, but I think it's a bit unfair to not inform the consumer that the sale priced product has a shorter than normal shelf life left. ... show more
