For whatever reason, these chewable tables, either generic or the Fiber Choice product, work noticeably better than the fiber gummies for me. I recommend trying them if you've only tried gummies, just to compare; you might (or might not) come to the same conclusion. These are, for me, much more difficult to find in pharmacies--CVS and Duane Reade anyway--than they used to be, and that was noticeable even before the pandemic, so I'm glad they're available on Amazon. ... show more

The Equate Fiber tablets are fine. I bought them because it appears Fiber Choice has discontinued their brand. They are serviceable and taste fine but are chalkier than the Fiber Choice brand. But I don't care for gummies, so this is a good substitute.
