Very happy with purchase. This is a replacement for a very old Kwikset keypad/door lock that no longer functioned. Based on the measurements provided in the description, I determined it would fit as a replacement, it did, and I was able to install it myself. At 73 with arthritic hands, the lever handle verses my old round doorknob is a welcome change. What an upgrade! Love the features, especially the ability to unlock wth my thumbprint. I will add that I could not set up the fingerprint reader from the enclosed directions. However, it was very easy to set up from the app. My internet was not recognized automatically, but I was able to enter it manually. The unit works well with Alexa. I also appreciate the notifications on my phone as to when the door is locked or unlocked. Having a physical lock hidden beneath the twistable finger pad is also reassuring in the event the batteries would fail. I have only had this unit 3 weeks, so no idea how long the 8 batteries will last. I will update this if they fail in a short time period. Overall, very pleased with the quality, installation, and especially the features at this price point.

I love this door lock. It was easy to install, opens and locks the door smoothly, and looks great. It was also easy to set up the fingerprint to lock and unlock the door.

Very easy to install. Connects easily to WiFi. Love that we can use fingerprint access for family. We have code for regular housekeeper. App lets you know when and who unlocks the door and when door is locked. It will also let you lock and unlock from app itself. It even allows temporary codes to be given for short duration visitors.

I recently had to replace my door locks and decided to give this one a try. It works great! Setup was simple, and using it is even easier. I love that you can choose between entering a code or using your fingerprint for quick access. Super convenient and reliable so far. Would definitely recommend!

It connected very easily, the whole Promise when I first installed it took maybe 2-4 mins. After trying the lock manually it worked great and the app notified me of “manual door lock”. I tried to lock via the app and had an issue with the cylinder turning the wrong way, looked up troubling shooting guide and it mentioned pressing RESET (just removed face plate and hit reset) this fixed the cylinder/tumbler issue but after this it would not connect. Tried multiple things with no success. Called customer service and they advised to remove app and remove lock and reinstall app and lock, after doing this it worked great. Tried thumbprint setting and it worked great for my 9 year, well for me and my wife, not so good for my 5 year old. I have been having issues with auto lock feature, it was working fine and now it is not, not a giant deal just a bummer really. I just installed it so unknown on battery life, but I will post back and see what happens. The noise when locking and unlocking isn’t that bad really, I can live with it especially since it’s so infrequent. Let’s hope the auto lock feature starts working again. This is a good lock for the price, a Schlage lock is more then double the price, and no guarantee no issues.

Unbelievably easy to install. We installed this at our cabin, which we also use as an Airbnb, and absolutely love it. The simplicity paired with the peace of mind it provides is hard to beat. Being able to lock and unlock remotely, use fingerprint access, and complete the installation with ease makes this a no-brainer. I already plan on purchasing another one for the back door.

Purchased this product from Amazon last July 11,2025. Product stopped working completely. Attempted to call Philips customer care and was told that they were going to send a replacement. I was told by there rep. to fill out a questionnaire explaining the problem and also provide model and serial no. I was also assured that I will receive a replacement there after. After a few days, I called Philips again to determine when I’m getting the replacement. I was again told that I would receive an email stating so. Few days passed and still no email. I called again, rep. said they will send an email confirming delivery of product. Waited again a few days and no email reply. I am just been given the the run around. Always thought Philips is a good company. Now I am second guessing their attention to their customers. I will never purchase another product from this company.

Easy install. Works great. Finger print and touch pad and key all work great. When I get home from the store I unlock the door from my smart phone. Then walk in with my bags. No dealing with the lock with my hands full. Even sends notifications on door open or locked. Great help to me as I carry too much and now don't have to deal with keys or codes
