** UPDATE: 7/7/2022 ** 1) I updated my rating two-stars, to four. 2) While the product was initially what I did not expect, the company has terrific customer service. 3) They contacted me over my displeasure. In the end, they provided me with enough assembly hardware to re-assemble three chairs. This time, before re-assembly, I coated them with Rustolium black pain. I then lubed the screws before assembly. Finally, I gave each joint a shot of paint. Therefore, while the screws are not stainless, I believe the extra effort will help prevent the new ones from rusting. 4) For my trouble (sending pics, etc.) the company did extend a 10% refund for the patio set. ------------------------------------------------ ** UPDATE: 22 June 22: ** NOTE: To sellers credit, they did reach out to me in an attempt to resolve my dissatisfaction. - Per their request, I wrote them a lengthy response, and pointed out another area of dissatisfaction. That is, RUSTY water coming from the chairs, and staining a brand new composite deck, as none of the assembly bolts are made of stainless steel. Fortunately, even if the rusty water dries, it can still be removed from the deck via water and brushing. Still unacceptable!!!! ----------------------------------------- First off, the umbrella is terrific, albeit we have not used it yet and it was only opened once. The table and chairs are of OK quality. The chairs were a bear to assemble as nothing lined-up correctly, and I had to fight 60% of the bolts to install. For the cost, and while not expecting NASA-quality engineering design, I was not expecting Value City quality either. However, we'll keep the set, but warn others that this is perhaps yet another instance where one does NOT get what they paid for.

We just moved into a new place with a pretty sweet backyard and I wanted to make it look even better. I decided to go for this outdoor furniture set for gatherings with friends and family. Assembly was straightforward, without the need for any special tools, all included in the package. The umbrella is huge and covers a lot of space since the summers are quite hot down here. This set is great if you've got a small outdoor spot to fill. It's the right size, not too big or too small, just perfect for places like our backyard. It looks good and feels sturdy, so it'll last a long time.

I put the chairs together with relative ease. One is pretty wobbly but the other three are very nice. Didn't realize there was a dent and chipped paint in the top edge of the table until it was all together. That made me pretty unhappy considering the price. I like the look and sturdiness of the set but wish it was "flaw free". Too much trouble to try to return it at this point. Edited: I was contacted by the seller who offered to send a replacement table which arrived quite promptly. I also loosened the bolts on the chairs that were wobbly and when they were retightened they were much better. Overall, I am now very happy with the set and the customer service was awesome.

This product is horrible. I have had it on my deck for a year and a half and 3 of the chairs have started peeling and rusting. How does metal just peel off like that? This is not a good product nor a reputable company. I have include some pictures to prove the product is no good after a year and a half

I will update my review once I tested the rain. But as far of assembly it drove me crazy. The screws are horrible quality, I wish they were torx for better grip, but even with this metal quality I don’t know if it will help. all the screws will just strip when tighten, manually, not even using a power tool. I am pretty sure I can’t take this set apart without cutting the metal, at this point. All the chairs and table have at least one stripped screw head. Some chair were bent I was able to correct that.. but come on! The table was particularly painful for me. The most outrageous part was the middle holes that were not lining up to the extreme, I was lucky I had some cobalt drill bilt already. I also had to pull out the multi tool to cut a stripped screw for the table after my screw extractor was failing me - my neighbor must have heard me swear quite a bit. In the end for this crucial table part I had to screw my own self drilling screw which sorta worked, because I was lazy to run to Home Depot and spend 2 hours figuring out which better quality screws to buy, and anyway I had a cut screw lodged in that hole so I would have to redo the thread, so Fudge that, if I may. Anyway in the end, it look okay, I think I am being nice leaving it as 3 stars but I just need room to take out stars if it does rust :) yeah ok it’s not expensive but it’s not 100 dollars either, the shade is looking great, so there is that, the rest I am a bit skeptical it will sustain the elements but will see.
