This is a great looking product. It was shipped extremely well packaged and delivered on time. I've got it almost completely installed on my truck and it looks awesome! Comes with great Hardware everything was there nothing missing nothing spilled bent broken or scratched. Because I have this small Stepside bed I had to cut the Center Bar to make it fit widthwise. These are made for a standard size truck bed.

Amazon shipped it USPS which was a joke. Had to go pick up from them as they could not pick up and deliver the 50 pound box to me. They obviously did not handle the box well and the bar was scratched in several areas. Kept it with a partial refund from Amazon and bought some touch up paint to fix the scratches. It is fairly easy to install. Took a couple of hours total. Great quality for the money.

This would be a good product but I’m giving it 1 star because even if you have a good product, it means nothing if you can’t package it correctly; especially coated metal that has a high likelihood of rusting. Everyone else is correct. The assembly instructions are terrible. I just numbered the bad for each part and then used the image on the front of the instructions.

The coating was suspect at best. The packaging was pristine, but the parts were all dinged, scraped or scratched. Not a big deal for me as I color matched my vehicle, but if you’re not going to paint/recoat it, it’s something to consider. The actual construction is good, but this is a light rack, not much more. I would not advise anything more substantial being mounted on it. A tire carrier would probably be too much for it. But for the round bar look and ease of installation, it’s well worth the price. Took me 15 minutes to bolt it up and install it with a crescent wrench and the include hex drivers.

personally i would have given it 5 stars, but the instructions are literally like a random piece of paper, no parts were labeled, none of the hardware was labebled i had to just look at the picture and figure it out. on the other hand its made from some good feeling metal doesnt feel cheap. its very sturdy once all put together and tightened up. i wouldn't tighten it all up until you get all the bolts for that section put in so that you can make sure your able to get al the bolts in. the rack looks really good, none of the metal was dented or scratched and came with more than enough hardware. i would never rely on the clamps it came with to hold it on, and that's another safety factor that i took into consideration of my rating, take the time drill the 4 holes, put some outdoor bolts and torque them dome really good. that's what i did and its very sturdy doesn't move at all and in the end looked really good. if you are mechanically inclined at all you can figure it out it took about 2 hours start to finish.
