We have had our set for several days and overall are very pleased. The reasons I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is bc the instructions, about halfway through weren’t very clear and because almost immediately the fire pit showed some rusting. We are going to try to clean that up and put a sealant on it to prevent further rust. Otherwise, the chairs and sofa are very comfortable and well made.

Love this outdoor patio set. It’s very sturdy and the cushions are great. It was kinda hard to put together. Definitely need two people. The fire pit is amazing. It puts out a lot of heat. I would recommend this set.

Sturdy construction. It took about 4 hours to put entire set together by myself, all parts clearly labeled. Back cushions are a little flimsy but ok. Order shipped in 3 separate boxes over a 7 day period so be patient.

I love the furniture but hate that it took so long to get all the pieces delivered. They all came in different shipments. The last piece we got was the couch and they had two duplicate pieces and was missing a piece. So it’s been another week of waiting. No urgency to get us the part, no apology, no communication from them except that they told us be patient. All we want to know is when it will ship, the tracking number and when it will arrive. They’ve not responded. Love the product but hate the wait time and the customer service. Update: Instead of sending us the part we needed, they sent us a whole new couch. The process took awhile but was worth the wait. They took care of us and we are a satisfied customer. Very happy with the quality of their product.
