Didn’t help the door to work with the microchip after install. It worked fine before install...my cat was able to stick his head into the tunnel and it unlocked. After installing it into the metal door, no dice. Many sessions of having my cat stick his head in and out of the tunnel and several conversations with customer service later, and they still have no idea. So, I have to keep it on manual so that he can use it. Wish I had known before I bought the expensive microchip door. Customer service is sending me a free tag to see if it’ll work on his collar, but if not, I installed an expensive microchip door to just use it on manual 😅😭 ... show more
