I have probably purchased every single kind of cat litter there is, not kidding from walnut, corn, natural, crystals, tofu, green tea, pine, etc. The best prior to this was the green tea but it is ridiculously expensive and only last a week and a half. My favorite was the walnut, but my cats paws turn brown and there is a brown dust all over the house everywhere... So, I have been searching for a replacement for several years now... I have three cats and two litter boxes. I literally ordered this cat litter thinking it would be just like the others that never live up to their claims. I have cats all my life and have had to buy cat litter for quite a long time. I have switched out different cat litters monthly or every three months regularly in search of a cat litter that works. This cat litter is the best that I have seen thus far. No smell (literally nothing when the cat goes poop), no ammonia smell even after two weeks. Even the socalled best of the best cat litters claim they last a month, etc... never did with me... this one actually lasts and holds up. I change it out every two weeks just to keep the litter boxes hygienic. It could probably go three weeks maybe or even a month if you have one cat. I have three cats. There is no tracking. This is the only flushable litter that WORKS. I have tried them all. Other flushable litters that are a bit cheaper with finer pellets are not worth the few bucks to save. They track litter ALL over the house, they smell, and the cat is so excited about them that he goes back a million times a day. This litter, however, doesn’t track more than one foot past the box. It has no smell. You won’t be coughing in a cloud of cat poop dust. It is made of natural tofu, and it is flushable. I’d bought this six times in a row and then decided to go for another litter just to see… but I immediately regretted it. Returning the other litter and bought this one immediately. I figured I'd give it a shot since it's only a few bucks more than my usual Tidy Cats Lightweight litter. I will not be going back. This is now my litter of choice. Pros No tracking/litter stuck in paws The litter itself has no smell. No urine smell when the cat does go. Very light weight. It clumps better than tidy cats. Thanks to the stronger clumps the I don't have to change the litter as often since I don't get little broken pieces that the scoop can't pick up. Cons Tiny stray pieces turn to mush if wet... So you have to wipe them up. Does not clump as strongly as arm and hammer slide, but it also doesn't stick to the bottom. I can't report anything to the dust because I have a top entry litter box so I can't tell if there's much dust or not. But I definitely suggest it to anyone with cats. It may cost more initially but you'll save money in the long run because it lasts longer. ... show more

Great tofu mix litter, has a good charcoal/clean scent to it. Tracking - Doesn’t track as much because of the large grains, but the tiny balls do tend to track more. Easy to pick up and throw back in litter box. Odor control - pretty good if box is cleaned daily. There is a faint ammonia smell in my litter genie but that’s only because I empty it once a week. Clumping - it clumps urine well but because there is clay in this litter, it does have a sticky wet clay texture to it. Downside is that it could fall into small pieces versus 100% tofu would be one solid clump. 100% Tofu solidifies much faster, this takes longer due to the clay so there is a small chance cat can track it if they step in their pee clump. Dust - I don’t notice dust on my cats fur and they do not smell like litter anymore! No dusty paw prints. However, after a week or two I do notice a layer of dust on top of my surfaces. The dust in litter box is very very low. Overall - it’s a great litter but I wish it clumped more solid / instant dry clumps. I hope they come out with 100% tofu instead of mixed tofu because I don’t like the clay! ... show more

I gave three stars because it’s not messy, very low tracking but I use with my litter robot and after only two days the collection tray has the worst stink smell you could imagine. I can not tolerate the odor and unfortunately have to go back to bitonite litter.

I have the PETKIT Max automatic litter box which is pretty awesome. Been using it about a year with pretty litter and it has been a great combo. This PETKIT litter was on sale for Black Friday so I thought I’d give it a go. So far it’s been nothing but annoying. The urine clumps and stickers to the bottom. It also allows some urine to leak through to the bottom tray which means more cleaning. It is not that great with odor control. I have to refill the litter box more often than I had to with the pretty litter. I also tried the litter in a normal litter box and it clumps and sticks to the bottom of the litter box making it hard to scoop and waste out. You have to basically dump the whole litter box after two days because it smells. When you go to dump the litter, there’s a bunch stuck to the bottom so you have to soak the box to get the stuck clumps out. I would not recommend this litter. Pretty litter is on the expensive side but it works great. It’s worth the extra money. It lasts so much longer that it’s probably cheaper in the long run. Since the litter was on sale, I bought what should have been a year supply and I’ve already gone through a 3rd of it in about one month.
