It works very well. I checked for extra air like the video on here suggested and mines did not lose any air. It lifted with great ease my car. I have bought and returned larger double spring jacks that would not lift my car. Does not take up much space in the garage like a larger floor jack would. I also like that it is very light and can be moved exactly where I want it under the car. Box was taped as if it were returned which I did not like but I opened it and could not tell that it had been used or not. I decided to not send it back and keep it. Not taking off points for the retaped box. 15.5 is a good height, enough for tire change or oil change and I intend on inserting back up "jack stands". The only drawback is when bringing the car down, there is causes a quick drop for the car, but I suppose if it is slowly, slowly. slowly done it would be better. definitely not much quicker down then the 150-to-500-dollar ones so may be a hydraulic thing and just figuring it out.

2.5 tons? 15&1/2 inch raise? Weighs roughly 30 lbs? AWESOME

Followed instructions and bled air out. Now it's time for the test. Got it under my 2008 Maxima, put it about to about 80-90% of max height. Didnt want to push it all the way up as already had more than enough clearance to change the tire. This jack is so powerful it made the car shift towards it once the donut spare was in the air. Incredible. I took the handle out and went inside came back after an hour and still holding. Would buy again. Just wish it had a carrying case. You guys performance tool should start making these with a carrying case as they are super portable. My most favorite part is this weighs 30lbs. For 2 and half tons. When a similar 3 ton jack weighs 85lbs. Who wants to carry that heavy sh** in there trunk????

Works as Advertised.. Simple but does the Job.

This Jack works as advertised, it is a bit heavy but the build quality is impressive and the instruction on operating it needs addressing. I purchased this Jack for my 2011 Infiniti M37 Sport that weigh 3850 lbs and it lifted the car without any issues and with more space to replace tires. First thing you need to do if you buy this Jack is "Release the air in the Jack" How do you do this.. on the left side of the Jack there is a knob with a cut-in use the handle of the Jack and position between cut-in and twist until air is released and then you can use the jack. Now use thesame knob to bring the car down slowly. its straight forward..

Good price, solid product

Solid tool for the price, could lift higher but did lift my mercedes suv gle pretty good. Just dont expect the “body shop” type of product its little smaller than the commercial ones.

Great jack... Broke after 3 years though

Update: I've used it five times over the last 3 years for a Honda Civic but following the last time I used it, it puked the hydraulic fluid through the bottom of the housing (see photo). Unfortunately we can't figure out a fix for this without disassembling it so we are out a jack. ____ Original: Arrived with no issues and no leaks. Was easy to figure out. Jacked up the 2016 Honda Civic for maintenance and an oil change without any issue. FYI - It does not fit back in the box once you put the handle on.

Decent value, doesn't inspire confidence.

Used this on a 2014 Charger, it worked fine but it didn't feel very stable under pressure. It would shift more the higher up it went. That said, it is easy to use, it doesn't feel like poor quality and it accomplished the task I bought it for. Not the worst purchase for the money, just wish it felt a bit more stable under pressure.

Good jack so far.

While it does the job, and the value is great, there were 2 minor issues, easy to resolve. 1 - Arrived low on hydraulic fluid and would not go full height. Added. 2 - One of the front wheels fell off. Locktited in place.
