My long-used Salton Wet Times bathroom clock finally stopped working last week, and this clock is a perfect replacement! It’s the same diameter as my old clock, same colors (except this clock has a red second hand), works really well, is totally silent and waterproof. Only thing I’m getting used to is that the numerals are much darker than my previous clock, but not a deal-breaker. Also, the very nice stand you can use to place the clock on a shelf or a surface is partially visible when hung on the wall, but again, not a deal-breaker. My old Westclox clock is almost exactly like this new clock. It looks so much like my other clock, I wonder if it's the same manufacturer. It's identical in size and appearance except for the style of the numbers. I preferred the style of the numbers on my old Westclox clock compared to the numbers on the new clock. My old Westclox had the same exact water resistant case with a hole in the back for easy wall hanging. This clock can be set upright on a table with the built-in stand that is actually molded into the water-resistant cover on the back of the clock. I do not like that this built-in stand, that is black in color, can be seen when the clock is mounted on the wall. My other clock was a wall-mount-only model so the water-resistant cover is out of view. I do not use this clock in the bathroom or in a damp location.
