I bought the 8 pack of these because they break every couple of months, the plastic screw mechanism is weak at the seams so eventually after tightening it too many times it will break and you'll start getting leaks around your bottling bucket. I will give these spigots high marks for quality and durability. I installed some of then today. My fermenters already had threads so didn't need back nut and washer but they could easily work on any plain bucket. No leaks. Easy to tell open from closed. Best price of what was on offer.
